Since listening to a reading class given by Teacher Li on Tuesday, I deeply feel that the students in our class have poor reading ability. I consciously increase students' reading training in class and try my best to guide students to read more. Try to minimize my explanation, so that students can gradually understand the theme of the text through reading again and again. Let students think in reading, feel in reading and learn to think. In addition, reading more texts and savoring the language of the texts can improve students' writing ability. Because, I found that some students are not fluent in reading the text and have a bad sense of language. I don't usually read extracurricular books. They write compositions, and the sentences are not fluent and the expression is not clear. The language expression ability is very poor. If every text is read smoothly, it is beneficial for students to be familiar with the language in the text and cultivate a sense of language. The improvement of students' reading ability is also beneficial to students' writing, and my teaching is relatively easy. Isn't this a good thing to kill three birds with one stone?

Walk into the students, get to know them, get closer to their hearts, and make them like you. Encourage more, appreciate more and criticize less. In learning, design small successes for students, so that children can always have a sense of accomplishment and see their own hopes. Then encourage and stimulate their enthusiasm and interest in studying hard. If this can really be done, I think it will not be too difficult to stimulate students' enthusiasm and interest in learning. If children feel that learning is not so difficult, even if they have a little sense of accomplishment, they can see the hope of their own efforts, and their enthusiasm for learning will be mobilized, so that children may take the initiative to learn and teachers will be much more relaxed. My reasoning must be scientific and correct. I will gradually adjust my mentality, practice my own ideas, explore and try, sum up experience and lessons in time, gradually improve students' enthusiasm and interest in learning, and then improve their grades.

Think about it, and change it. I have been writing these days and found myself taking a detour. Keep yourself busy. Writing late, the language is concise, concise and not wordy, which improves the writing efficiency. Correct your mistakes in time, and don't tear your shortcomings to others. Especially for students, we should not only love them from the heart, but also respect them and treat them sincerely, giving priority to encouraging and appreciating students, with less criticism. This is not a slogan, but I try my best to do it. Because I was pleasantly surprised to find that these ideas really have amazing effects. If I can do it, my teaching will be much easier and more efficient, and it is just around the corner to improve students' grades. No matter whether it is windy or rainy outside, I will stick to my ideas and practice them. I know I will still encounter confusion and anxiety. But, but I will try my best to do it. Draw strength from books and sum up experience from practice. Do not blindly follow, do not give up. Always remind yourself not to lose your temper, be calm and tolerant, find ways to understand and care about each other. Tough shoulders, stick to the road of education. Don't frighten students with hostility, but win them with true love and wisdom. Reading and studying is the golden key for me to solve problems and overcome difficulties in the future.
