At the meeting, Comrade Wang Yuxin made a work report on behalf of the last Party branch, reporting on the implementation of the responsibility system for party building, the collection of party dues and the development of party member in the past four years. Comrade Zhang read out the "Measures for the General Election of the Party Branch of the University Road Police Station" (draft), which was unanimously adopted at the meeting. Subsequently, the General Assembly adopted the scrutineers and appointed the tellers. Comrade Wang Yuxin introduced the basic information of the nine candidates one by one.
