The main slogan of workers' strike in Anyuan Road Mine, "It used to be cattle and horses, but now it is necessary to be a man", fully embodies this guiding ideology. Anyuan workers have failed many times in resistance in the past twenty years, and the victory of this strike has made the workers deeply realize the importance of unity and struggle, and greatly improved their class consciousness and organizational ability. Shortly after the victory of the strike, the number of workers' clubs soared from more than 700 before the strike to more than 654.38+200,000. All railway and mine workers unite to form a class team with the central party organization as the leading core and the workers' club as the open organization form. On this basis, Anyuan Workers' Club and Guangdong-Han Railway Workers jointly established the Guangdong-Han Railway Federation of Trade Unions, initiated the establishment of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and the Hanyeping Federation of Trade Unions, and established contacts with the Hubei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. Finally, the railway trade unions joined forces and established the Preparatory Committee of the National Railway General Trade Union, which greatly promoted the national unity of the working class.
