The experience of implementing TnPM in the past year proves that TnPM is an effective way for large state-owned petrochemical enterprises to realize management innovation, an effective means for enterprises to improve management performance and core competitiveness, and a powerful guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustained, effective and harmonious development. TnPM is a brand-new management system. As far as the time, scope and breadth of its implementation in Chinese enterprises are concerned, it has just started, especially in state-owned enterprises with relatively mature management systems. Its implementation difficulty can be imagined. After one year's practice in olefin plant, I mainly have the following experiences and insights. First, a sound institution and a complete network are the necessary prerequisites for the promotion of the system. TnPM should be promoted with the full support of leaders, and it is the top project of all levels and departments. The quality and experience of TnPM supervisors at all levels are the key to the effective promotion. Two, the typical guide, point to area is an effective way to promote the system. In the process of promotion, we should do a good job in the construction of model units, take model units as templates, and other units give full play to their subjective initiative and creativity, so that shine on you will be better than Blue. Constantly discovering bright spots, promoting typical ones in time and blossoming more can effectively speed up the progress. Third, system integration and mode innovation are inexhaustible motive forces for system advancement. Combine the management of TnPM system with the original corporate culture and management culture, so that all kinds of management pulses can form a joint force for all employees to promote TnPM, and constantly innovate the promotion mode, so that employees can gradually accept TnPM, providing fertile soil for further promotion of TnPM. Four, I-oriented, teamwork is an important guarantee of the system. In the process of TnPM promotion, it is impossible to rely on only one department, one slogan and one determination. Cooperation, mutual learning and communication between departments can promote the promotion work faster and better. Five, strict planning, perfect system is the solid foundation of the system. TnPM is not only a management system, but also a concept deeply rooted in people's hearts. The popularization of TnPM is a process of continuous discovery and accumulation. Without a strict and standardized management system such as detailed promotion plan and professional performance appraisal, the work can't be promoted and it will be lost. Six, people-oriented, cohesion is the only way to promote the system. In the process of implementing TnPM, we must adhere to the guiding ideology of "system construction depends on employees, system construction is for employees, and the achievements of system construction are enjoyed by employees", we must embody humanistic care everywhere from details, implement the concept of frog system, insist on giving priority to "promoting the all-round development of employees", and constantly improve and perfect the mechanisms of employee training, education and employee skill evaluation. , so as to continuously improve the skills of employees and promote their future ability growth. Only in this way can employees have enthusiasm to participate, work with passion and promotion move forward. At present, TnPM, a new management model, has blossomed in olefin plants. The practice in olefin plant for more than one year has proved that there is no end to improvement and the indefinite formula can be popularized. No matter how good the management model is, if it is not adapted to local conditions, the result will either be unacceptable or will not last long. Only by adapting to enterprises, times and events can we reflect the advantages and powerful driving force of advanced management mode. We have made some achievements, but we will not be satisfied with the status quo. We will adhere to the concept of "no best, only better", carry forward the essence of TnPM's concept of continuous improvement, and move towards a higher level of TnPM.
