1. Advocate civilized construction on the construction site, and establish and improve the management system for controlling man-made noise. Minimize man-made noise and enhance the awareness of all construction personnel to prevent noise from disturbing people.
2. Control of working time with strong noise When working with strong noise in densely populated areas, the working time shall be strictly controlled, and the working time shall not exceed 22 o'clock in the evening or be earlier than 6 o'clock in the morning. When continuous operation (or night operation) is required under special circumstances, noise reduction measures should be taken as far as possible, and the work of the surrounding people should be done well in advance, and the construction can be carried out only after being reported to the relevant competent department for the record.
3. Noise reduction measures for machinery with strong noise:
(1) Processing and manufacturing of finished products and semi-finished products (such as prefabricated components, wooden doors and windows, etc.). ) involving strong noise should be done in factories and workshops as far as possible to reduce the noise generated by processing and manufacturing on the construction site.
(2) Try to choose low-noise construction machinery or noise reduction equipment. Strong noise machinery in the construction site (such as mixer, chainsaw, planer, grinder, etc.). ) should be equipped with a closed mechanical shed, in order to reduce the spread of strong noise.
4. Strengthen the noise monitoring of the construction site, strengthen the long-term monitoring of the environmental noise of the construction site, adopt the principle of personnel management, and fill in the noise measurement record form of the construction site according to the measurement results. Anyone who exceeds the noise limit standard of the construction site shall timely adjust the relevant factors of the noise exceeding the standard of the construction site in order to achieve the purpose of not disturbing the people.
