1. Before the bidding deadline

2. Review process
The buyer and the procurement agency shall take necessary measures to ensure that the review is conducted in strict confidentiality. Except the representatives of the Buyer and the personnel who organize the review site, other employees of the Buyer and personnel irrelevant to the review work are not allowed to enter the review site.
3. Before winning the bid
The list of bid evaluation experts shall be kept confidential before the results of winning the bid and closing the transaction are determined, so as to prevent individual suppliers from bribing bid evaluation experts to win the bid and closing the transaction. During the bidding process, members of the bid evaluation committee shall not participate in the bid opening activities to prevent information leakage of members of the bid evaluation committee.
4. Performance acceptance
In the process of performance acceptance, if the purchaser invites other bidders or third-party institutions to participate in the acceptance, it is necessary to formulate a clear and feasible acceptance plan and fully communicate with the winning bidder to ensure that the business password of the winning bidder will not be leaked during the acceptance.
5. The commercial secrets of the winning bidder shall not be disclosed in the contract announcement.
The government procurement contract shall be announced within 2 working days from the date of signing the contract. The part of the government procurement contract involving state secrets and commercial secrets shall not be made public, and other contents shall be made public.
