(5) Strengthen supervision and accountability. The first is to strengthen supervision. Second, the existing problems

Since the beginning of this year, individuals have continuously tightened the main responsibility, adopted a series of new measures, and achieved certain results in implementing the comprehensive and strict management of the party. But the problem still exists:

(1) Political construction of the Party. Generally speaking, individuals can firmly establish the "four consciousnesses" and resolutely implement the "two maintenances", but there are also some problems, mainly reflected in the implementation of the main responsibility list. This year is the first year for our bureau to promote the documentary platform of subject responsibility. Due to the lack of experience and understanding, first, the formulation of the responsibility list is not realistic enough. The formulation of list items is not fully integrated with the actual situation of the bureau and the grassroots, and there are cases where the input items simply copy the template of the bureau. Second, the implementation progress of the main responsibility list is lagging behind. From the perspective of the whole year, the implementation progress of the responsibility list is slow, and the quality of some projects is poor.

(2) Party organization construction. Mainly reflected in grassroots party building, first, the record of "three meetings and one lesson" of grassroots party branches is still not perfect. The strength of party building work is relatively weak, individual branches are often handled by non-staff personnel, and there are obvious vacancies for non-staff cadres. Second, the application of "Party Building E Home" is still insufficient. Due to insufficient attention, supervision and busy work, many cadres, especially leading cadres, often miss the sign-in, speech and study of online meetings. In addition, the Party Working Committee of directly under the authority District also reported some problems in party member, such as short and broad speeches, empty slogans and similar online meetings.

(3) the party's style construction. First, the rectification of Wenshan Huihai is not thorough enough. Especially in document control, the number of documents issued by our bureau has increased significantly this year. Second, the efficiency construction needs to be strengthened. In this year's self-inspection, we found some problems, such as inaccurate personnel direction card and untimely telephone answering.

(4) Party discipline construction. In recent years, I have attached great importance to discipline, and I have held a general meeting of all cadres every quarter to emphasize discipline, but there are still some loopholes and risks in the implementation of discipline. First, the implementation of mass discipline is still not in place. When dealing with the complaints and reports of professional whistleblowers, individual cadres' working methods are simple and rude, which leads to the rebound of professional whistleblowers and reports to the discipline inspection department, causing adverse effects. Second, we need to strengthen the discipline of honesty. Individual cadres do not fully understand the anti-corruption struggle, and may think it is a courtesy to accept some worthless small gifts from colleagues and close friends, let alone violate the rules, thus relaxing their vigilance. This reflects that some cadres have insufficient understanding of the situation of stricter discipline in the future, and there is still luck in enforcing discipline.

(V) Construction of risk prevention and control system. First, the risk of regulatory default remains high. The implementation of daily supervision, especially food and drug supervision, is still not in place, and there are still some dead ends and blind spots. Some problem enterprises that have been ordered to rectify or put on record for punishment have weak supervision over the follow-up situation of rectification, and the risk of hidden dangers is still relatively large. Second, the management of supernumerary personnel has not kept up. There is no system to supervise the business activities of non-staff personnel, and the supervision needs to be strengthened;

In the face of complex tasks, cadres over-delegate power to auxiliary personnel, only responsible for the signing of documents and materials, and the supervision and management of the supervision service process is sometimes absent, which has great accountability risks.

Third, the next direction of work

In view of the above problems, I will take effective measures to rectify the problems based on my post responsibilities. Next, I will focus on the following work:

(1) Grasp the leadership of Party building. (3) Grasp discipline supervision. Strengthen the supervision and management of cadres, often go deep into the grassroots and have a heart-to-heart talk with ordinary cadres and workers, so that the conversation rate of the interviewees can reach 100%. In view of the implementation of the efficiency system of clean government discipline, complaints and reports, work windows, commuting, etc., no less than 65,438 unannounced visits were conducted every quarter, and the "four winds" problem and clues of efficiency problems were continuously discovered. Make full use of the "four forms", grasp early prevention, timely interview, letter inquiry, admonishing conversation, and correct deviations.

Explore the comprehensive evaluation work mode, integrate all kinds of evaluation projects, simplify and compress the number of evaluation supervision.

(5) Pay attention to system construction. Accelerate the application of grid regulatory risk prevention and control system, and promote the red, yellow and blue risk early warning system to take root in the grassroots grid next year. Investigate the risk points of clean government performance and update the list of clean government risk management in time. Supervise all units to carry out self-examination and self-correction of internal risk hazards, sort out the integrity risk points of internal and external personnel, and fill risk loopholes in time.
