What are the main duties of the Arbitration Court?
1. Implement the national, provincial and municipal guidelines, policies, regulations and rules on labor relations and labor security, study and formulate the medium-and long-term development plan of labor dispute arbitration in this county, and organize its implementation;
2. To undertake labor dispute cases of the administrative departments, institutions, enterprises and central provinces and cities within the county;
3. Participate in the investigation and handling of major labor dispute cases involving the stability of the county;
4, responsible for the construction of labor dispute arbitrators, training labor dispute arbitrators and mediators;
5. Responsible for handling labor disputes and collective contract disputes;
6. To undertake the daily work of the labor dispute arbitration committee;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Legal basis: Article 21 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law.
The labor dispute arbitration commission is responsible for the jurisdiction of labor disputes in this area.
Labor disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the labor dispute arbitration commission at the place where the labor contract is performed or where the employer is located. Where both parties apply for arbitration to the labor dispute arbitration committee in the place where the labor contract is performed and the place where the employer is located, it shall be under the jurisdiction of the labor dispute arbitration committee in the place where the labor contract is performed.
