The air conditioning temperature should be set at 24℃ ~ 27℃ in summer and 20℃ ~ 24℃ in winter. Turn off the air conditioner twenty minutes before leaving work. Second, the office equipment
Office equipment mainly includes computers, all-in-one machines, drinking fountains, electric fans and fluorescent lamps.
1, when the computer is not used for a long time, turn it off or set the standby state. When you turn off the computer, you should turn off the monitor together.
2, the rational use of lighting, turn off the lights, put an end to "ever-burning lamps".
3. After work, you should consciously turn off all electrical equipment such as air conditioner, electric light, all-in-one machine, water dispenser, computer (including monitor), and cut off the indoor power supply to prevent waste. In particular, an employee who finally leaves the office has the obligation to check whether the electrical equipment in the office is turned off and ensure that all electrical equipment is turned off.
4. The office prohibits any illegal acts that damage electrical facilities such as air conditioners, switches and lamps. Losses or accidents caused by violation of regulations shall be investigated for corresponding responsibilities in addition to double indemnity.
5. The employees of the company should stop using electricity immediately and report the situation to the relevant departments as soon as possible when they find hidden dangers of electricity consumption, including power supply fire, leakage and power failure.
Third, the corresponding punishment measures
Save electricity, start from "me", avoid unnecessary energy waste, and make your own contribution to the company's revenue and expenditure reduction. The general manager's office and the administrative department will conduct corresponding inspections from time to time. If the above violations are found, a ticket will be issued on the spot for punishment. For the first time, the head of the department was fined 50 yuan and the head of the department was fined 50 yuan; For the second time, the department heads and supervisors were fined 100 yuan each; For the third time, the competent department and the supervisor each fined 200 yuan, with no upper limit.
Note: Personnel in other departments have the obligation to remind and supervise each other.
