In order to actively carry out the "Safe Production Month" of 20 18 building construction, the project department of Tiandong County Comprehensive Civil Affairs Social Welfare Park, which was undertaken by our company, actively promoted the "Safe Production Month" according to the relevant notice requirements and guiding ideology of Tiandong Housing and Construction Bureau, on the basis of earnestly summarizing the previous experience of safe production and site management, and in view of the construction characteristics of this project. The theme of this activity is "Life First". So far, we have implemented the safety standardization site and standardized the management of the construction site. We carried out the "Safe Production Month" activity in strict accordance with the activity plan: solid and effective, carefully organized and systematically carried out, which comprehensively strengthened the construction of the construction staff, effectively solved the weak links and outstanding problems of safe production, put an end to the occurrence of safety accidents, and ensured that the safety production month activity achieved the expected purpose.

First, carry out extensive and in-depth publicity activities on production safety.

During the activity, my project department organized a safety knowledge publicity with Regulations on Safety Production Management of Construction Projects, Law on Safety Production and Regulations on Safety Management of Guangxi Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. as the main contents, with 23 participants and good results.

All construction workers also deeply realized the importance of safety in production in the three-level education activities. During the month of safe production, the project department made full use of slogans, banners, blackboards and other forms to publicize the laws, regulations and rules and regulations on safe production in construction projects, organized and studied the Regulations on the Administration of Safe Production in Construction Projects and the Law on Safe Production, and hung slogans for publicity, which achieved good results. Through a series of publicity and education, the upsurge of "paying attention to safety and promoting production" was set off in engineering construction, which made the theme of "life first and safe development" deeply rooted in people's hearts.

Second, organize a major inspection of production safety.

In order to ensure safe and civilized construction, the project department has specially formulated the following technical measures for safe production:

1, the project department carefully organized construction management personnel to watch safety production cases and held safety production work meetings, which effectively improved the safety awareness and responsibility awareness of project management personnel.

2. Carry out three-level safety education for the workers entering the site, and strengthen the technical disclosure of special safety production in the construction process.

3. The temporary electricity consumption for construction shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements of three-phase five-wire system, and the grounding wire shall be yellow-green double-color wire, with three-level distribution and two-level protection, "one machine, one box, one brake and one leakage protection".

4, transformer room, wooden shed and other key parts of fire prevention set up obvious fire signs, and equipped with enough fire extinguishers.

5. Standardize the operation of mechanical equipment, correctly maintain all mechanical equipment, so that its safety and technical conditions are always in good condition, the performance of protective devices is intact, the operation mode and procedures are correct, and "two guarantees and three guarantees" are implemented in management (personnel, equipment, package use, package management and package maintenance).

6. Set up standard safety warning signs at the main parts of the construction site, and hang the safety activity propaganda slogan of "Life First, Safety Development".

7. The Project Department actively prepares the fire safety exercise scheme and organizes fire safety exercises at the same time, so as to ensure that all construction personnel can correctly use fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire in case of fire.

Third, strict safety inspection, promote safety culture and promote safety development.

Since the launch of "Safety Production Month", we have made a planned, scientific and reasonable layout of the limited construction site, which enabled materials to enter the site accurately, timely and orderly, reduced the backlog and secondary handling, and ensured the smooth flow of road transportation and fire exits.

In the process of construction, safety work should adhere to the principle of "five no construction". Namely: without safety and technology, there will be no quality assurance measures for construction;

Do not meet the safety conditions shall not be construction;

If the protective measures are not fully configured, no construction may be carried out;

Without safety education and technical disclosure, construction is not allowed;

If the previous procedure is unqualified, the next procedure cannot be constructed. Effectively control the unsafe behavior of people and the unsafe state of things, and form a safety management model with full staff, all-round, whole process and whole process control. According to the provisions in the Technical Code for Safety in Building Construction, combined with the construction progress and the setting of various types of work, the safety technical disclosure of sub-projects at various stages, small and medium-sized machines and tools, general types of work and special types of work was compiled;

For some key processes, the corresponding safety schemes are compiled. It ensures the enforceability of safety measures, refines the standards of safety work to all aspects of construction and production, and achieves the best safety state with standardized behaviors and actions. Check and accept various safety facilities with safety standards. In terms of construction safety, we insist on the combination of "self-inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection". For facilities that are not built according to the standards and fail to meet the standards, stop work immediately for rectification, and return to work only after they are qualified. Punish related violations and potential safety hazards found on site in accordance with the Measures for Rewards and Punishment of Work Safety, fundamentally put an end to all kinds of industrial accidents such as illegal command and illegal operation, nip all kinds of potential safety hazards in the bud, and effectively solve the weak links and outstanding problems of work safety.

In June, due to the bad weather in the flood season, our project department actively set up a flood control emergency leading group, formulated a flood control emergency plan, determined the implementation of emergency rescue and assault personnel, timely checked the flood control material reserve, and ensured that the flood control material was managed by special personnel, and the material could be supplemented and updated in time after use. After the rain, focus on monitoring and measuring, make a correct analysis of the safety of the project and guide the construction. In order to ensure the safe production during the "Safe Production Month", our project department adopts various forms to implement it. Daily safety personnel patrol, on-site shift construction station, strictly stop illegal operations, and give education, fines or repel and other penalties, and timely formulate measures to rectify existing problems and hidden dangers. Seriously investigate and deal with production safety accidents, and strictly implement the accountability system, accident reporting system and accident investigation regulations for production safety. Adhere to the principle of "four not letting go".

Fourth, the requirements for the next step.

1, strengthen the safety awareness of all staff.

Safety management is the overall situation and the first work of the current project. Once a safety accident occurs, it will not only directly affect the benefits of the project and the company, but also affect the image of the project and the company. All employees should fully understand the importance and necessity of doing a good job in safety, enhance their sense of crisis and urgency, firmly establish the concept of "safety first, prevention first and comprehensive treatment", insist on taking safety work as the first priority of the project, as a long-term and arduous task, and as a systematic project, earnestly grasp it.

2, the implementation of full safety responsibility.

Safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai. It is necessary to further improve and implement the project safety production responsibility system and re-check the implementation of safety responsibility decomposition. From the project leaders at all levels to the operation team leaders and operators, we must be clear about our own safety responsibilities and the serious consequences of the accident, forming a situation in which everyone is responsible, everything is managed, the process is controlled and the work is standardized.

3. Improve the safety quality of all employees.

The safety quality behavior of operators directly determines the safety production level of the project. It is necessary to further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of safety training, increase the training of safety operation skills, and further enhance the training effect.

4. Intensify efforts to crack down on "three violations"

"Three violations" is still a stubborn disease that affects the safety production of the project at present and in the future. It is necessary to carry out in-depth safety education on typical accidents, guide operators to establish the concept that "violation is an accident" and consciously look for violations around them;

At the same time, we will increase the security penalties for "three violations" and will never tolerate them.

The "Safe Production Month" project has achieved good results. Our project department will continue to consolidate the results. In the second half of the year, we will strengthen safety production management, implement various safety responsibility systems, strengthen civilized construction and safety supervision on the construction site, further promote the implementation of various safety rules and regulations of the project, promote the implementation of safety production responsibility systems at all levels, and promote the investigation, management and rectification of potential safety hazards.
