I. Registration conditions

(a) junior high school graduates with household registration in our city can sign up for the senior high school entrance examination in our city.

(2) Children who have the third-year school status in our city can sign up for the senior high school entrance examination, and those who meet the qualification examination conditions can participate in the high school admission (see Annex 1 for details).

(3) High school students are not allowed to register.

Second, the registration time and place

The registration time for the senior high school entrance examination is from March 24th to March 3rd1.

This year's junior high school graduates in this city went through the registration formalities at the school from March 24th to 25th. Candidates submit relevant certificates and supporting materials, and the school will review the students' registration qualifications. From March 26th to March 3rd1,the school organized candidates to take electronic photos, and the school and candidates respectively entered the registration information online. Candidates pay online from March 26th to April 8th. From April 6 to April 8, the relevant functional departments of each district (including the new district, the same below) conducted a unified verification of the registration qualifications of candidates in this district, and the education administrative departments of each district were responsible for providing relevant information of candidates, summarizing the audit results and notifying relevant schools. See Annex 3 for specific arrangements.

Schools shall not refuse to enroll students who meet the registration requirements for any reason (candidates who enroll in secondary vocational schools must also enroll in the senior high school entrance examination). If there is any violation, it will be seriously investigated and punished, and the responsibility of the parties and the principal will be investigated.

In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, junior high school graduates (hereinafter referred to as "social candidates") with Shenzhen household registration and studying outside the city this year still apply online. Candidates who register must log on to the registration website from March 24 to March 3 1, register online according to the prompts, and upload the registration review materials. The online review will be conducted by the social registration point in the district where the candidates register. After passing the examination, the system will generate the examinee number and initial password of the senior high school entrance examination. Candidates need to log in to the senior high school entrance examination management system with the obtained examination number and password and fill in their personal information. At the same time, online payment should be completed according to the guidelines before the registration deadline. See Annex 4 for specific operations.

Candidates who fail to register online need to supplement the examination materials according to the cause of system failure. If uploading data fails for many times or fails to pass the examination, candidates can call the social registration point where their household registration is located for consultation or telephone appointment, and register according to the instructions of the staff. Don't go to social registration points without an appointment, try to avoid travel and reduce crowd gathering. See Annex 5 for the specific address and contact information.

Three. Verification of application materials

(1) Materials to be submitted for registration (see attachment 1 for details).

(two) the district education administrative departments and relevant schools should designate special personnel to strictly examine the original registration documents and supporting materials. For the original documents and materials that need to be returned to the candidates, the school keeps a copy (the copy is unified as A4 paper), and the school inspectors affix the seal of "Original Verified" on the copy, sign it and indicate the date of verification before filing. Social registration points review the relevant documents and materials of social candidates through the online registration system.

(3) When registering, the school should verify the candidate's household registration book and ID card. The name used by candidates when registering and the name in the relevant documents (certificates) provided must be consistent with the current name on the household registration book (or ID card). If there is any discrepancy, the police station where the household registration is located shall issue a certificate.

The location of the registered permanent residence in the examinee's file is entered according to the record on the current registered permanent residence book (or ID card). If there is any change, it must be completed before the end of volunteering (May 3 1), and it will not be processed after the deadline.

Candidates who cannot go back to their place of residence to apply for identity cards due to epidemic prevention and control measures may submit explanations to their schools and provide photos such as household registration books as registration materials. After verification by the school, the list of candidates without ID cards will be reported to the District Education Bureau for the record before April 6.

(4) Children who are not registered in Shenzhen should provide the original and photocopy of the registration materials (see Annex 2). City education, public security, human resources and social security, housing construction, housing rental management and other departments according to the division of responsibilities, put forward the city's unified guidance, relevant opinions by the district education administrative departments to explain to the school.

The education administrative departments of all districts shall be responsible for the examination of students' status in our city, and co-ordinate the registration of junior high schools (including schools directly under the Municipal Bureau) in this district. Relevant junior high schools are responsible for the organization and online registration of their graduates.

(five) those who have obtained the qualification for the entrance examination through fraud will be disqualified from registration, examination and entrance examination once verified; Those who have obtained high school status will be disqualified. High schools are not allowed to enroll students beyond the scope. Students who attend high school in violation of regulations will not be admitted and their school status will not be recognized. Units and individuals who practise fraud or enroll students in violation of regulations will be seriously investigated for relevant responsibilities.

Four. Input and verification of student identity

The student status management department of the Municipal Education Bureau shall verify the student status of junior high school students directly under the Municipal Bureau, and the education administrative departments of all districts shall verify the student status of candidates in this district. The student status management department of the Municipal Education Bureau views and downloads the attendance and student status of junior high schools directly under the Municipal Bureau in the student status system, and the education administrative departments of all districts view and download the attendance and student status of junior high schools in their own districts in the student status system to verify the relevant student status.

In 20021year, our city will continue to carry out the reform that some high-quality ordinary high school enrollment places (hereinafter referred to as index students) are directly allocated to junior high schools (including private schools). According to the requirements of the scheme, candidates applying for the 202 1 index students must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(1) Fresh junior high school graduates who meet the enrollment requirements;

(two) to participate in the city's 202 1 senior high school entrance examination;

(3) The comprehensive performance rating is above Grade B (including Grade B);

(4) You must have studied in the junior high school since the first semester of junior high school and obtained a three-year student status in the school. Students who are transferred from other cities to junior high schools in our city to apply for the index students must study in the junior high schools they attend from the first semester of grade three, and obtain a student status (students who are transferred from other cities to junior high schools in our city and then transferred to our city will no longer enjoy the qualification of index students).

Candidates who graduated from junior high schools outside the city and registered in Shenzhen do not participate in the quota allocation of index students.

All junior high schools should sort out, review and import (enter) the enrollment management system for senior high school entrance examination candidates according to the specified time. See Annex 4 for specific operation methods. The headmaster should be in charge of the audit. Anyone who practices fraud or operates in violation of regulations will be disqualified as an index student, and the principal of the school where the candidate is located will be held accountable. Candidates who fill in the registration system and meet the requirements of the index students must be publicized in the school for one week (see Annex 6 for the publicity format).

Online registration, online payment, electronic photography, establishment of electronic files of candidates and online admission are fully implemented in the enrollment of senior high school entrance examinations in our city. For details of online registration, please refer to the Implementation Measures for Online Registration of Shenzhen 202 1 Senior High School Entrance Examination (Annex 4). Schools with junior high school graduates should open their computer rooms this year to provide convenience for candidates to register online. Schools (registration points) must complete online registration within the specified time.

Relevant requirements of intransitive verbs

(a) in order to effectively protect the life safety and health of candidates and staff, the education administrative departments and schools in all districts should strictly implement the territorial responsibility, departmental responsibility and school unit responsibility in accordance with the relevant requirements of the state, province and city on the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic and the specific deployment of the Notice of Shenzhen COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office on Doing a Good Job in the Preparation for the Opening of the 20021Spring Term. Coordinate the prevention and control of epidemic situation in schools and registration points, formulate prevention and control plans, formulate emergency plans, implement protective measures, equip with necessary epidemic prevention materials, and carry out necessary emergency drills to ensure that no dead ends or hidden dangers are left.

1. Do a good job in ventilation and disinfection of registration places, facilities and equipment, strictly implement measures such as body temperature monitoring and off-peak access, keep the contact distance between personnel and create a clean and hygienic registration environment.

2. All social registration points should reasonably arrange telephone reservations, set up waiting areas, arrange special guidance and other forms to ensure that on-site consultants are scattered and do not gather in a short time. All social registration points should provide necessary services for registered candidates.

3. Candidates returning from high-risk areas at home and abroad who fail to register within the specified time due to reasons other than their own, the education administrative departments of all districts and schools should do a good job in registration, report it step by step, and deal with it according to special circumstances.

(II) In order to let the candidates and their parents know the relevant policies in time, the Municipal Admissions Office issued the "Notes for Parents of Senior High School Entrance Examination Candidates in Shenzhen" (hereinafter referred to as "Notes") on 202 1. The school should send the notice to each candidate before March 25th, and collect the receipt of the notice signed by all candidates and their parents before April 2nd for future reference. The education administrative departments of all districts and relevant schools should set up a consultation service window for the senior high school entrance examination, announce the consultation telephone number to the public, and arrange staff to do a good job in policy propaganda, explanation and telephone answering. The social registration points in each district should arrange special personnel to be responsible for reviewing the online registration materials submitted by social candidates. For the unqualified candidates, indicate the reasons and the materials that need to be supplemented to ensure the smooth online registration of social candidates.

Our city will vigorously implement the "Sunshine Project", adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, and further promote educational equity and balanced development. The senior high school entrance examination registration has strong policy, high requirements and heavy tasks, which involve the vital interests of tens of thousands of candidates and their parents. The education administrative departments and schools in all districts should attach great importance to it, conscientiously implement the relevant regulations, and serve students enthusiastically; It is necessary to arrange enough manpower to do a good job in the entry and verification of various registration materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information entered.
