The 1 1 famous poets invited by the organizer and the 1 1 authors of The Poems of Xinlu (China Volume) are Ouyang, Xichuan, Yu Jian, Yang Li, Yaping Zhou, Yin Lichuan, Chunshu and Yu Xiang respectively. Poetry lovers who know or are familiar with the development of China's poetry for more than 30 years naturally understand that the first seven poets were the most powerful and persistent poets who resounded in China's poetry circle 30 years ago, the people who kept religious feelings for poetry and made important achievements in the development of China's poetry art.
I have never worshipped idols in my life, but there are two kinds of people I respect all my life: a learned teacher and a real poet. So, I saw the list of such an important poet and went.
Because I came late, I had to sit on the bar in the corner of the last row, but it was better than standing behind. In the space of nearly 200 people, it was packed and packed. Unexpectedly, in the era when poetry was neglected, there were still so many poetry lovers hidden. This is what I didn't expect and what the poet didn't expect.
At the Poetry Festival, every poet recited his own poems and gave a three-minute speech at the suggestion of the organizer, the poet Chen Chu, expressing his views on "How far is poetry from our life" or "What role does poetry play". In my opinion, although the poets' answers have their own understanding and emphasis, I don't think they are in place. This question is actually not new. I wanted to talk about my understanding in the next communication, but it didn't come true.
I have been writing poetry for almost fifteen years. Fifteen years ago, I was just an amateur poet. However, the love and concern for poetry has always been there. Although the craft is unfamiliar, the understanding of poetry is more real.
Next, it is my original intention to write this blog. Talking about my understanding of poetry may inspire people who love and write poetry.

Everyone's world is different. Everyone who writes poetry is different.
Poetry is far from those who don't read, and close to those who write and love poetry. But whether writing poems or reading poems, people yearn for poetic dwelling.
Poetry can't or can't bring material wealth, and there are very few people in the world who make a living from poetry. In the last century, the poet himself shouted the slogan of "starving poets". There are many down-and-out poets. There are also a few people who miss the real future because of their love for poetry. Therefore, poetry is useless. If poetry can bring fame to poets, it is also a hollow reputation. A sober poet should see this clearly and not be obsessed with fame and fortune. If you are crazy, you are not practicing at home.
Poetry is the conversion of human mind. Poetry is the yearning for life spirit and emotion. Poetry is the carrier and embodiment of ideological dimension, cognitive dimension and emotional dimension. Poets talk to their cognition, thoughts and emotions through poetry. Poetry can't change the world, but it can change itself, mind and posture. Poets observe themselves, refine themselves and sublimate themselves with poems. Therefore, poetry is useful.
Poetry is hidden in everyone's heart. People who read poems are inspired by them, and their cognition, thoughts and emotions are sublimated, so that they can feel the beauty of life. Therefore, poetry is useful.
The usefulness of poetry lies in its uselessness.

Poetry is a kind of language art.
Poetry is a way for poets to solidify, embody and convey their unique experiences, sentiments, feelings, cognition and thoughts through language innovation. Poetry is the most refined image text and language that can awaken and hit the G-spot of readers' hearts.
As a language art, poetry, like other kinds of language art, cannot be separated from two basic starting points: what to write and how to write. What to write reflects how broad the poet's spiritual vision is in the face of nature, society and life. How to write reflects the poet's skills and originality in understanding and using language and writing. What to write is the theme. How to write is a skill. Whether poetry is well written, or whether poetry is good, is also reflected from these two basic starting points.
A good poem means that the poet grasps and excavates the novel meaning of the theme, accurately uses the skills of writing and language from a new angle, reproduces his unique experience, emotion, cognition and thought, and realizes the high fit between his feelings, feelings, knowledge and thinking and the writing language. Whether a poem is unique in experience, true in emotion, profound in cognition, lofty in thought and vivid in language basically determines the quality of the poem.
If a poet can go back to this starting point of understanding and realize whether his poems stand in a higher position on these two basic starting points, and whether he has unique innovations in one or several aspects of feeling, emotion, knowledge and thinking, he will understand where the gap is and how far the road is.

In the past 30 years, contemporary poetry has witnessed various schools, different opinions, different practices, different achievements and great progress.
However, the misunderstanding in the progress of poetry is still in front of my eyes.
One is that poetry lacks authenticity, sincerity and authenticity. There is no emotion from the poet's heart in poetry. Poetry uses flashy language and beautiful words, decorated with moans and platitudes. Or, use images and symbols to cover up the falsehood and superficiality of emotions.
Secondly, poetry has escaped or divorced from the process of real life and the times. The poet intentionally or unintentionally separates personal feelings and emotions from those of the times. Poets are immersed in their own affairs, in their own joys and sorrows, in their own poor dreams, and in their own inner shells. The pattern of poetry is small. Poetry, only by raising its eyes from personal narrow emotional singing, and connecting and communicating with the fate of all sentient beings and the great feelings of the times, will gain or enhance its tolerance and height. Of course, the exploration and excavation of the vast inner world, the experience, grasp and presentation of the complex and subtle emotions in contemporary poetry are always the innovation and broad field of poetry, and it is a direction of poetry development, which is not on the same level as the above problems. However, here, I have to say that the poet's obsession with the "absurd" writing of avant-garde psychological experience is also a reason why poetry is divorced from readers or abandoned by the public. The poet's inner world can't see the illumination and projection of the evolution of the times. Is it another "dead end" of poetry innovation?
Thirdly, poetry is immersed in philosophical deduction and metaphysics. Pursuing the philosophical artistic conception of poetry and the ideological height and depth of poetry is another direction of poetry development, and there is nothing wrong with it. The problem is that it is serious in philosophy, boring, far away from the reader's way of thinking and thinking environment, far away from the times and reality, and lacks artistic conception and emotion, and becomes a castle hanging in the air.
Fourth, poetry is immersed in animal-like experiences, experiences or sexual descriptions. This tendency is even considered as avant-garde, pioneering and bold innovation. In fact, it is also a kind of narcissism, an alienation from the times and reality, and an alienation from "me" and "us". Once the poet loses the communication between "I" and "we" and falls into a state of self-indulgence, what is the connection between the poet's "I" and the public's "we"? If you want to experience "sex", it is more direct to watch movies directly. Poetry will inevitably lose its bearing and strength, and even lose its taste.
