Rule number two These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of ordinary higher vocational colleges in Taiyuan University.

According to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2008 and the requirements of relevant provinces (cities) on the enrollment of colleges and universities, an admission system with the responsibility of the school and the supervision of the recruitment office shall be implemented, and candidates shall be comprehensively assessed in three aspects: morality, intelligence and physical fitness, and the candidates shall be selected on the basis of the principle of fairness, justice and openness.
Thirteenth strict implementation of the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of College Admissions" (No.3 [2003] of the Ministry of Education), no other special requirements.
