However, in many cases, in order to complete the quarterly and monthly performance tasks, each business area has to organize its own production meeting, which means that each business area has to bear the venue fee and drinks fee, and at the same time it has to bear great risks, because a production meeting may have hundreds of thousands of votes or none at all, so for a high-end market like Shangri-La, it means inviting customers to eat or drink tea, but people take tea to cool off.

What impressed me the most was the on-site briefing held in Yalong Building on February 3rd. There were 50 customers at the scene and a banquet was arranged around 9 tables. I did etiquette, gift display and song list registration that day. As the briefing went on, my heart beat faster and faster, because at the end of the party, customers kept leaving, but there was no note. At that moment, I was at a loss. Later, I didn't know how to write a short message to report my performance to the general manager, and my mind was blank. Finally, after we packed the equipment, the printing workshop submitted two bills and added another bill by phone on the way back. It was the worst production meeting I have ever experienced, and I sang three songs on the spot, with a total premium of 30,630 yuan.

And this manager is the manager who taught me a lot later and gave me a lot of exercise opportunities.

During the "good start" in March, the production conference was basically held every other day. Nervous and hard, I didn't go home until 8 o'clock in the evening, and I also held a special session on weekends. Moreover, a large number of posters should be made on the second day of each production meeting to hype the workplace atmosphere and boost morale. There are also many skills in poster making, which should be beautiful but not too fancy. The most important thing is to achieve the publicity effect and motivate the sales staff. For fonts, color matching and layout design, we must make good plans and arrangements, which are all summed up from practice. However, when I first arrived at the company, I was full of passion. Even if I work overtime late, even if I am doing such monotonous work as posters, I still feel happy and fulfilled. I sincerely say that I like this job.

Supervisor training:

When I was an intern, I worked as a teaching assistant for three days in the Sixth Training Course for Team Managers of Eagle Project. My task is to help teachers do some classroom work, debug equipment, play music, grade students and publish score statistics. These three days, my biggest gain is to really understand what is the motivation of those salesmen to make orders and increase their staff, which is the desire and motivation for promotion! Therefore, in an insurance company, anyone you meet may be a branch manager or a group manager. Besides the change of appellation, the most direct thing is of course the change of interest. Once you are promoted to group manager, you belong to the supervisor level. In addition to the policy Committee, as a supervisor, there are various allowances. Of course, the higher the level, the higher the allowance, and you can get a high salary without even making a single order. At this time, the supervisor has changed from a business person to a manager. Supervisor training makes me understand where the motivation of the following salesmen is when the workplace manager is doing business promotion, why and why insurance companies always organize various trainings, which makes me more aware of what lecturers do and how to do it, and also makes me think further about my own direction.

The workplace manager gave me many opportunities to study and exercise. I have presided over the morning meeting, worked as a special topic at the morning meeting, worked as a customs clearance officer, publicized laws and regulations, and planned and presided over the whole process of product promotion ... In this process, I made a lot of PPT, EXCEL forms and WORD documents, which greatly improved my proficiency in using office automation tools. Of course, I also made mistakes, but I also told myself that I could correct my mistakes, just don't make the same mistakes next time. But if you don't do anything, of course you won't do anything wrong, because there is no chance to make mistakes. Under the guidance of Xiaoyou, constant encouragement and self-motivation, I quickly absorbed new things and grew up quickly. But there are still many things I don't understand, and I'm not completely clear about my future work. Of course, this is the motivation and direction for me to continue my study in the future.

I am very grateful to Teacher Xiaoyou, who taught me the two most important things in my work: communication and efficiency. During my two-month internship, I also have a deep understanding of these two points. Poor communication at work may delay many things.
