Family simple version of sugar fried chestnuts
Graphic | Moon Private Bakery
Chestnut 2 kg purified water 1 bowl scissors 1 yellow rock sugar several pieces of cooking oil 1 spoon sugar 1 spoon rice cooker 1 set.
1. All the ingredients are ready, put the chestnuts bought back into the basin, and pour a proper amount of water for cleaning.
2. Clean chestnuts, cut a knife on the surface of chestnuts and put it in a bowl for later use.
3. Pour the prepared chestnuts into the rice cooker, add a few pieces of yellow rock sugar, 1 spoon of white sugar and 1 spoon of cooking oil, and stir evenly for later use.
4. Pour the stirred chestnut into 1 bowl of edible water, cover it, and select the cooking button.
5. When the rice cooker trips, turn to the heat preservation button and prepare a shelf. Put the boiled sugar-fried chestnuts on the shelf and air-dry them naturally to eat.
Tip:
1, boiled chestnuts can't be boiled with more water, and the amount of water is 2/3 of that of chestnuts, otherwise it will become boiled chestnuts.
There is no need to add sugar and cooking oil, but I think it will taste better if it is added.
If there is no rice cooker at home, you can use the oven.
4. When scraping chestnuts with scissors, the blade should be deeper, otherwise the chestnuts finally made will not crack easily.
