There are 1 referees and 2 sideline referees in the competition. At each half-time, the referee can make up time according to the injuries and time-consuming substitutions on the field. If the game must be decided, if the two teams draw within 90 minutes, the first half is overtime 15 minutes, and the second half is overtime 15 minutes. If the game is still tied, it will be decided by penalty kick.
The game time should be divided into two equal halves, 45 minutes each and 90 minutes each. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties under special circumstances, the following provisions shall apply:
A, the time lost due to substitution, dealing with the wounded, delay time and other reasons in each half shall be made up, and the amount of this time shall be decided by the referee.
B. At the end of each half or after the whole game, if penalty, corner kick, frontcourt free kick or taking the ball into the opponent's penalty area and the goal has not been completed, the time will be extended to the end of the attack. Unless the referee agrees, the rest time between the first half and the second half shall not exceed 15 minutes.
Fouls and misconduct in football matches;
A player intentionally violates any of the following nine items, namely:
1, kicking or attempting to kick an opposing team member.
2, tripping over the other team members, that is, behind or in front of each other, stretching his legs or bending over or trying to trip over each other.
3. Jump to the other team.
4. Fierce or dangerous collision with other team members.
5, except that the other party is blocking the net, from behind the other team.
6. If you try to hit each other, you must spit on each other.
7. Gather other players.
8. Push the opposing team.
9. Touch the ball with your hands, such as dribbling or pushing the ball with your hands or arms (except the goalkeeper in the restricted area).
