Six-tone audio interface generally has only three audio interfaces, namely blue, green and pink. Generally, the three most commonly used interfaces are green and pink.

The most commonly used audio interface:

Blue: Audio input port, which can be connected with audio output terminals of MP3, tape recorder and stereo. It is transmitted to the computer through the double-ended 3.5mm audio cable, and then processed or recorded by the computer, which is not used by ordinary people. The blue interface can also be connected to a rear surround sound box under the four-channel/six-channel sound effect setting, and it is still the audio input port when outputting eight channels.

Green: Audio output port, used to connect headphones or 2.0, 2. 1 speakers.

Pink: Microphone port, used to connect a microphone. When chatting through video, the user can't hear your voice, maybe this interface is not connected well.

Tips for using multi-headphones: Blue belongs to audio input interface, and it can be converted into audio output interface through four-channel setting. In other words, the motherboard supporting six channels can connect two headphones at the same time, but it needs to be set by the software provided by the audio driver. Similarly, the eight-channel integrated motherboard can connect more than two headphones, so that many people are not afraid to disturb others when watching movies at night.

Generally, the integrated eight-channel audio chip has six 3.5mm audio interfaces. Due to the addition of three interfaces on the basis of the original six channels, the division of labor is more refined, avoiding setting multiple channels at the expense of microphone and audio input functions, and reducing the trouble of repeated setting in application.

Multi-channel audio interface:

Black: The rear surround speaker interface is used to connect the rear surround speakers under the four-channel/six-channel/eight-channel sound effect settings.

Orange: the center/subwoofer interface is used to connect the center/subwoofer under the six-channel/eight-channel sound effect setting.

Gray: Side surround speaker interface, which is used to connect side surround speakers under the eight-channel sound effect setting.

Test method of connecting multiple speakers: When purchasing multi-channel speakers, in addition to referring to the above instructions, you can also use the exclusion method to test, and only connect one interface to listen to the sound effect until the best effect is achieved. For example, when you surround the speakers after the test, you can unplug the others and only listen to the black sound.
