This kind of ferry is public welfare, so it is also called "crossing".
At the junction of Deqing and Yuhang, there is a place called "Yang Fen", named after the Southern Song Dynasty famous Yang Cunzhong was buried here. The local ferry named "Yang Fen Ferry" is located on the bank of Tiaoxi River. There is a ferry and two ferrymen, who welcome passers-by from south to north in rain or shine.
Near the ferry, there is a stone pavilion where passengers rest while waiting for the ferry. This pavilion was built by local monks in Zifu Temple.
This is Wu Kang recorded in Daoguang County Records. On today's river, "one bridge flies north and south", Yang Fen Ferry and Shi Ting have disappeared. In the past, the county annals behind the bridge usually included many appendices of Yidu, but now almost all the appendices have disappeared, and Yang Fen Ferry is just one of them.
The real crossing pavilion, I have seen it in Longquan mountain area. Ruins of the Republic of China, located next to the ferry. Similar to the common road pavilion, it is also a simple corridor building with fixed benches. This river is not wide. In the 1960s, a cement bridge was built and the ferry was abandoned, but the ferry pavilion was not demolished and became a place for villagers to enjoy the cool and chat. Later, fewer people enjoyed the cool. As we can see today, the ferry pavilion is full of sundries and firewood.
The ferry with the pavilion is very elegant. More ferries are actually a clearing by the river. There are no ferries in the world. Ferries get on and off at fixed places day after day, and they become ferries.
Slightly elegant ferry, the berth is slightly tidy, like a pier, and there is a stone-paved path connected to the "pier".
If there is a little height difference between the waterfront, several stone steps will naturally be built. If so, it looks more like a ferry.
The ferry in a mountain village in Jingning County is like this. Because of the construction of the reservoir, the small mountain village is about to be flooded, so I went there to help move the cultural relics that need to be protected to a higher place.
