1. Click on the phone screen settings-find "Application Manager"-All-open the software prompt to push information-uncheck the notification.
2. Restore the factory settings. Click Apply-Click Settings-Select Reset-Click Restore Factory Settings-Click Reset Device-Click Delete All to restart the phone.
3. If the problem still cannot be solved, it is recommended to take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung after-sales service center, and the engineer will check and handle the machine.
