Chapter I Alliance

Article 2 Membership requirements:

Chapter II Party Branch

Chapter VII Congress

Article 30 The Congress shall be the legislative body of the whole Union. All proposals for amending the Articles of Association are forwarded by the General Regional Department to the Central Committee, which then submits them to the Congress.
