Every employee in the concierge department can learn consciously, and their professional level and attitude towards customer service have been greatly improved! It has shown us that as long as we have perseverance, we can change ourselves and improve ourselves. So I believe that all of us will definitely continue in the future. Later, the department launched the "One Belt, One Belt" activity for interns, aiming to make interns grow rapidly through the exemplary role of old employees, and the results achieved the expected results. Now interns have taken root in the concierge and played a central role. At the same time, I also actively participated in many hotel activities aimed at promoting employees to improve their basic quality, such as skill competitions, and our department has achieved good results. While doing my job well, the supervisor also fully trusts me, and at the same time, it also enhances my adaptability, communication skills and interpersonal skills. In addition, we often participate in some small-scale activities organized by departments. Let everyone have a good time and the relationship between colleagues has also been strengthened.
