Chapter one? The Truth of Scout Bureau and Li Xing Society

In March of the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), the "Three People's Principles Practice Society" was established, and its important department "Secret Service" was headed by Dai Li. In September of the same year, the Government Military Commission established the Bureau of Investigation and Statistics, and appointed Dai Li as the second division commander. As far as its nature is concerned, the secret service under the Li Xing Institution is a political secret organization, while the Second Division under the Scout Bureau is a formal government agency. On the surface, although they are two subordinate units, they are actually two sides of leading espionage work.

The first section? Xueyou met Dai for the first time

Part two? Absorb into the "Military Association" and recruit "special training"

Part three? A foreman on a secret mission.

The fourth quarter? Fan Hang, an "international spy"

Section 5? Political application in intelligence activities

Chapter two? Assassinated Zhang at the Six Kingdoms Hotel in Beiping.

In the 22nd year of the Republic of China (1933), on May 4th, Mr. Zheng Jiemin, the "Special Commissioner of the Military Bureau in Beiping", delivered an emergency sanction order to the highest military and political organ in Beiping overnight, ordering him to reply within one week. Three days later, Beiping Station and tianjin railway station, which belonged to the Bureau, cooperated with each other and killed Zhang, a former Hunan warlord and former Japanese invaders, at the Six-Country Hotel in Beijing.

The fourth quarter? It has a perfect structure.

Chapter three? Tianjin French Concession shot and killed Ji Hongchang.

In the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), Ji Hongchang was shot in the State Guesthouse of the French Concession in Tianjin. This is the first time that the work unit under the leadership of the Scout Bureau has fought hand-to-hand with the * * * production party in North China. Of course, this is not an ordinary murder, nor is it a simple assassination. In essence, this is a clear-cut political struggle.

The first section? "Tianjin Railway Station" was suddenly involved in the "box corpse case"

Part two? The new stationmaster of "tianjin railway station" died unexpectedly.

Part three? The search for Ji Hongchang has finally landed.

The fourth quarter? Things have changed and must be redeployed.

Section 5? Almost, Liu Shaoxie became a scapegoat.

Section 6? Ji Hongchang's death.

Chapter four? Poisoning Shi Yousan failed and he was forced into exile.

In the winter of the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), I was ordered to punish the capricious little warlord Shi Yousan in the Japanese concession in Tianjin. The progress of this case was defeated because of the eagerness to work and haste. As a result, Shi Yousan, the target of the action, was unharmed, while Hongxia Xian and Lao Chu, who were performing live, were killed on the spot.

The first section? Get the other side's cronies to be insiders.

Part two? The choice between shooting and poisoning

Part three? The painful consequences of hasty action.

The fourth quarter? Improper handling, advance and retreat without evidence

Section 5? Dare not face the reality and be a frontier exile.

Section 6? People like Shi Yousan will naturally come to no good end.

Chapter five? Two-pronged sanctions against Yin Rugeng

Regarding the punishment of Yin Rugeng, the superior repeatedly appealed to the subordinate units of Beiping District, the action group directly under Beiping District and Tianjin Railway Station to seek clues and conduct them separately, and designated Beiping District to contact and coordinate to avoid duplication or conflict. Several parties joined hands and after many twists and turns, nine times out of ten they succeeded. Unfortunately, Yin Rugeng, who was captured alive, was caught by him again!

The first section? Sneak into Tongzhou to see the true face of the puppet regime in eastern Hebei

Part two? The strange girl escaped.

Part three? Prepare for action again.

The fourth quarter? Unfortunately, we don't have an actress.

Section 5? Yin Rugeng, who was captured alive, ran away again.

Chapter six? A hail of bullets hit Wang Kemin.

In the 27th year of the Republic of China (1938), as the stationmaster of "Tianjin Railway Station", I was ordered to secretly sneak into Beiping to punish Wang Kemin, the first leader of the puppet regime in North China. At the most tense moment, the sky is gray and the wind is howling. When the two cars came to the expected position, the gunfire was loud, flying sand and stones, and a thrilling fight began.

The first section? All because of an impulse that is not afraid of difficulties and risks.

Part two? Come into contact with a route in groping.

Part three? The situation forced me to fight to the death.

The fourth quarter? Hidden in the cracks of the encirclement.

Section 5? This book is neither a biography nor a documentary literature.

This book is my work record. I wanted to write it a long time ago, and I should have written it a long time ago, but because of the environment and personal laziness, I didn't start writing it until 1966 (1977). It has been delayed for several years, and it is written and revised, and then written after the revision. I don't remember how many times I proofread it, and I also asked the axe to correct it. Although I have finished reading the manuscript today, I still feel dissatisfied. I know my handwriting is clumsy, I am not good at rhetoric, my content is straightforward and I have no writing skills at all. Fortunately, this book only wants to record and be faithful. As for clumsy writing, there is no need to criticize yourself.

Before and after I finished writing the manuscript, I taught several authoritative editors. Some of them thought that the content was not compact enough, which affected the development of the plot. I admit that some parts are true, but not all. Some people think the writing is too real, but it seems that the agents are too ordinary and have no great skills. It's hard for me. If I distort the facts, exaggerate the facts, or embellish them out of thin air, and describe all our working comrades as "007" magical figures, saying that I can't make flowers in my works, even if I try my best, it will violate my original intention of writing this book. It has also been suggested that it is better to consult Gao Ming, rewrite the original text into a novel and serialize it in the newspaper, which may attract readers more. It's a good idea, but who will do it? I think we should wait until it is published.

In addition, there is a view that the five action cases in this book are filled with the sound of war, and the smell of blood is too heavy, which seems to be suspected of promoting "violence." Let me make it clear first: I am an out-and-out "anti-violent person" who knew how to advocate the rule of law decades ago. Law enforcement on behalf of the government is completely different from the party's confrontation with differences and the use of violence, and must not be confused.

Let me talk about the nature of this book first. In recent years, Taiwan Province has published many works about Mr. Dai. These are high-level and comprehensive comments. I'm not laughing at myself, but my book can only touch on "second-class behavior" and only write the actual situation of regional work under the leadership of Mr. Dai. So it is different in content.

There is another layer, which should be made clear: the existing files of relevant competent departments should be classified as "official documents" and have their own legal status, and the citation of data is of course based on this. But as far as I know, there are also omissions and omissions. Because a lot of work that Mr. Dai personally handled, except for himself and several related comrades, was not recorded at all. Secondly, before the Anti-Japanese War, the Military Bureau was not fully institutionalized, so many incidents were not fully registered, which was also caused by the long history, repeated migration and planned destruction of old files. Therefore, the anthology compiled according to the archives must be different from my personal book. This is also very helpless.

This book is divided into six chapters, each chapter is a unit, but it still maintains the coherence of its context and the causal relationship among them. In each section, in addition to describing all cases, it is also compatible with various operations such as intelligence collection, intelligence processing and intelligence application. If it is enriched and compiled, it will become a blank in the theory and practice of information work.

In order to adjust the writing style, it is also one of my favorites. The article is also interspersed with some folk customs and local anecdotes. Although they are trivial, they are either unrecognizable or extinct now, and they still have their own value.

My friend once reminded me that when publishing this book, don't forget to say hello to the family and descendants of the person in the case. Yes! I ask the people concerned to understand and pray for it. In fact, this is also a business. To be honest, there is no selfless resentment. I don't want to be an enemy because of this.

Then there are many people mentioned and involved in the book, so I can't look them up one by one. It is lucky to forgive them!

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Liu. We have been comrades and colleagues for many years, especially in private. For this book, his energy, intelligence and labor are no less than mine. Teacher Shen Yuan's help to me is not only the editing and polishing of words and the communication of opinions, but also the constant encouragement and encouragement.
