1. Run the Foxmail program, click the Options button in the upper right corner of the main page, and click Settings to open the system settings page;

2. On the system settings page, click the Account Management tab and click the New button;

3. Enter the email address and password of the enterprise, click Create, and automatically set the sending and receiving server and port;

4. In the manual setting window that pops up:

1. Select the type of receiving server, including POP3, IMAP and Exchange, and select one of them;

2. Set the email account and password. The email account number is the email address of the enterprise, including the domain name;

3. Set the Pop server (select pop3 type) pop.exmail.qq.com, and use SSL encryption, with the port number of 995;

4. Set the SMTP service network smtp.exmail.qq.com, use SSL encryption, port number 465, and click Create after setting;

5. Log in to the enterprise email web through the webpage, and click Settings → Client Settings in turn to enter the client settings page;

6. Set charging options as needed, and click Save Changes when finished.

1. Create a new email address in foxmail, write your own email address on the address, fill in the password, and the name is the signature shown to others when replying, and then click Next;

2. The address of Sina Free Mail Receiving (pop3) server is: pop.sina.com;

The address of smtp server is: smtp.sina.com;

3. Click Advanced Options, and in the sending server, check the smtp server to be verified;

4. Click Next and test the account.
