During the construction period, 60cm below the middle roadbed will be replaced by graded sand, and 9% lime soil will be treated with 15cm. Gravel will be laid and rolled in two layers. After testing, the thickness, flatness and compactness of 9% lime soil will meet the requirements of the specification. 9% lime soil will be mixed in proportion outside the site, transported to subgrade by car, spread by bulldozer, leveled manually and rolled by roller. After testing, the height, thickness, flatness and compactness meet the requirements.
3.3.3 The lime-fly ash macadam mixture at the grass-roots level is mixed in the mixing yard, transported by car and spread with the shipment. Lime-fly-ash-sand mixture is spread in two layers by automatic leveling paver. The compaction coefficient is determined by the test section and popularized in a large area. When rolling, its water content keeps the best water content. Within the range of 2%, the indexes of lime fly ash sand mixture meet the requirements of design specifications by adopting light rolling procedure.
