accountability
Two assistant referees shall be appointed for each competition, and their duties (determined by the referees) are:
When the whole ball passes through the playing field;
Which team should kick a corner kick, goal kick or throw a foul ball;
When can an offside player be punished?
When it is necessary to change players;
When misconduct or any other event occurs outside the sight of the referee;
Whenever a foul occurs, the assistant referee is closer to the foul place than the referee (especially when the foul occurs in the penalty area);
When kicking a penalty, does the goalkeeper move forward before the ball is kicked, and does the ball enter the door after being kicked?

The assistant referee should also assist the referee to control the game according to the rules of the game. Under special circumstances, the assistant referee can enter the venue to assist the referee in controlling the distance of 9.15m.
If the assistant referee has excessive intervention or improper performance, the referee may dismiss him and report to the relevant departments.
