Under the pressure of the current economic situation, we should focus on economic development, not on learning and education. Grass-roots party workers are embarrassed and afraid of difficulties.

Third, the outstanding problems in the ideological style of cadres in party member. Some grassroots party member dare not expose party member's identity, and their ideals and beliefs are vague and shaken; Some party member Party's consciousness has faded, only paying attention to party member's "rights", not fulfilling party member's "obligations", not having a strong sense of conformity, and not observing political discipline and rules; Some party member have a weak sense of purpose and serious egoism, and retreat at critical moments such as people's lives and property being threatened; Some party member are depressed, unable to play a vanguard and exemplary role, and do not pay attention to personal morality.

Fourthly, the outstanding problems in party member's education management. The main reason is that the way of learning and education in party member is single, the effect of learning and education in some grass-roots party member is difficult to guarantee, and the management system in party member needs to be further improved. At the same time, a considerable number of grass-roots party organizations are not active in leadership, their work foundation is not solid enough, and the disposal measures for unqualified party member are not true. The reasons are: first, the sense of responsibility is not enough; Second, it is difficult to grasp the standard, which is not convenient for the grassroots to master and implement.

Fifth, there are problems in the construction of grassroots organizations. In some places, there is a problem of "fuzzy party affairs", and the party's ruling foundation is in danger of being weakened; Some cadres in party member who shoulder heavy responsibilities have the problems of "theoretical panic" and "skill panic". At the same time, a few grass-roots organizations are weak, which affects the party's image.
