As for the reasons that are inappropriate "changes", it is very important that the design preparation is insufficient, the original data is incomplete or inaccurate, and the design requirements are uncertain. On the one hand, the owner (or project department) sometimes doesn't know what standard design we are doing, on the other hand, sometimes we don't know what quality the owner (or project department) really wants. Repeated inappropriate "design changes" affect the investment benefit, dampen the enthusiasm of designers and interfere with normal design and production.
