1662 The Old Longkou Winery, which started, can be said to be a landmark of Shenyang. It is quite rare that the original site has remained unchanged for 356 years.
There is a slogan called "Everyone in Shenyang should drink Old Longkou", which is also a symbolic product of chinese national geography. Laolongkou Laojiao Pit is an existing crypt-type wine fermentation pit, and it is one of the oldest, largest, most intact and longest-running pits in China. It is listed as a municipal cultural relics protection unit by Shenyang Municipal Government. The old pit has been used up to now, and the pit age is over 300 years.
Old Longkou insisted on ancient brewing, and the sour taste in the wine cellar lingered, but it was this insistence that kept this intangible culture handed down, and the brewed wine was mellow and had a long aftertaste. This mysterious traditional brewing technology has been passed down to the eleventh generation.
Now there is the Old Longkou Wine Museum in the factory, which can better understand the 300-year history of the Old Longkou and see the drinks of Bawang Temple, which is familiar to old Shenyang.
