As long as the port is open, you can generally ping in, but the default values are 80 and 2 1. The operation method is as follows:

1, turn on the computer first, then click the start menu to find and open the control panel.

2. Then in the control panel that opens, find and click the "Program" option.

3. Then, under the program options, find and click "Turn Windows features on or off".

4. In the dialog box that opens, locate "Telnet Client" and select it. Then click OK, wait a few minutes, and the system will open the Telnet client service for you.

5. You can also open the administrator window, enter the Telnet IP port or Telnet domain name port in the window, and then press Enter.

6. When the port is open and the connection is successful, enter the Telnet page (all black) to prove that the port is available.
