Let's form teams in groups, give team names, slogans, team songs, and compete for hegemony among the three countries.

3. Tangram (leadership overall planning ability, within the specified time, the core of a team can quickly sort out the tasks, clarify the responsibilities of each task, and make overall arrangements to achieve the goal. The overall goal of this activity is unclear, and the coordination and overall planning are not good. The quality department is the core department responsible for the product quality of the company. The quality of each product is good or bad, and the pre-planning objectives are clear. How to achieve it requires clear goals and clear operation.
4. Life dynamic circle (full participation, goal setting should be challenging, as long as all members go all out to participate, I believe that this time you will be better than the last time, and I believe that your potential is forced out. In daily work and life, we must set goals for ourselves. If you exceed your goal, you will succeed and be more and more happy.

Before doing anything, if you want to have a good result, you don't need the team's vision of what you want to achieve. Every plan of this activity is not perfect. Only the day before the event, you plan this event as a souvenir. From the idea of gifts, the purpose is to make everyone pay attention to it at all times and report it to Sister Huang within the budget. I am also very grateful to Sister Huang for her support. The decision was made immediately, and so was the producer. From the time we received the task 10: 50 ~ delivery 12: 10, we took SF Express and got the gifts at the beginning of the activity on time.
2. What did we learn from this activity?

I hope you will forgive me for my late speech. Before I speak, I am very grateful to Yao Tao Children's Shoes for organizing this activity, and I am even more grateful to Sister Huang for her support. Through the experiential group building activities, I have benefited a lot and felt a lot.
First of all, the strength of the team, especially the last power circle activity, everyone found it difficult to achieve the goal after experiencing feelings, but through hard work, everyone still achieved our ultimate goal. As Liu Wei's children's shoes said, you never know how good you are unless you push yourself. Although some colleagues said that the goal was a bit out of reach before we started, we still made our best efforts through our actions. Because everyone saw the unremitting efforts of other companions and inspired our own sense of collective honor, everyone was willing to do their best to contribute their strength (as a result, my elbow hurt [cried] this morning).
The giant's footsteps reflect tolerance and encouragement. Although the result of the competition was not satisfactory (because we didn't win the second group in the third group), we learned the quality of perseverance and pursuit of Excellence in the process. We constantly challenge our final scores and are not satisfied with our present achievements. Although we have repeatedly failed in challenging practice, we are not discouraged. We constantly sum up experience and look for solutions to problems. I heard our team members constantly encouraging themselves: "It doesn't matter, let's do it again (in fact, at the beginning, it was more of you, and I kept saying, [Happy], only when the words are unified will there be teamwork." Accept the atmosphere of every team member, let us persevere, challenge ourselves, not afraid of failure, and start all over again.
Finally, Sister Huang's concluding remarks: To build a good team, it is not only the guidance of Sister Huang or the hands-on work of the supervisor/manager, but the efforts of everyone in the team.
