1, click Start-Control Panel;
2. Integral system and safety;
3. Click Windows Firewall;
4. Click Advanced Settings;
5. Click the inbound rule, and then click the new rule;
Note: Inbound rule: Other people's computers access their own computers.
6. Select Custom and keep placing the next step until the window shown in the figure below appears. Select the following IP address and click Add.
7. Enter the restricted IP address, and then click OK;
8. Return to the superior window and click Next;
9. Select Block Connection, and then click Next;
10, then set the default value until the lower part of the window, enter the IP rule name, and then click Finish.
