The dam operation of Tianshengqiao I Hydropower Station has a professional technical team, including reservoir operation, dispatching, monitoring, maintenance and overhaul of hydraulic structures, and operation, maintenance and overhaul of hydraulic metal structures. More than 30 people, college degree or above accounted for 40%. They have worked in Tianshengqiao II Hydropower Station and other large hydropower stations and have rich experience in operation and management. At the same time, most technicians participated in the construction of Tianshengqiao I Hydropower Station. Relevant technical discussion, project acceptance, concealed engineering treatment, power station start-up, safety appraisal and completion acceptance are all involved from beginning to end, and every process in the middle is mastered.
(2) Rules and regulations and technical standards
Before power generation, the power station has compiled relevant technical regulations and management systems, which are constantly improved in operation. Five rules and five systems are compiled: operation and maintenance rules of hydraulic electromechanical equipment, maintenance rules of hydraulic structures, hydraulic observation rules, hydraulic safety operation rules, reservoir dispatching rules, flood control post responsibility system, flood control duty system, flood reporting system in flood season and dam safety. Technical management standards such as safety inspection, hydraulic structure rating, daily patrol inspection, reservoir dispatching management, special patrol inspection and encrypted observation before and after the flood season were formulated.
(3) Development and implementation of technical work
During the construction of Tianshengqiao I Hydropower Station, there are two expert technical consultation meetings every year to solve various technical problems encountered in the project construction, and good results have been achieved. Since the power station was put into operation, the relevant technical problems have been specially studied and dealt with, and the grouting treatment of dam face slab has been completed successively; Investigation and repair of dam face slab cracks: analysis of observation data of hydraulic structures of Tianshengqiao I hydropower station; comprehensive evaluation of safety monitoring system of I hydropower station; reconstruction of monitoring platform for induced earthquakes of I hydropower station; Major projects such as the reconstruction of the strong earthquake station of the first-class power station dam.
(4) Daily work of dam management
Observe the hydraulic structure from the aspects of personnel, equipment and cycle; Dam three days 1 time, others include spillway, slope, emptying tunnel, water diversion system and diversion tunnel plug twice a month, and buildings are inspected once a week 1 time. Conduct 3 ~ 5 flood control special inspections every year; Annual 1 hydraulic structure grade; Overhaul and maintain the flood control facilities for many times every year 1 time, and conduct the full-stroke opening and closing test of the gate 1 time; Regularly issue relevant technical analysis reports, compile the monitoring data of reservoir operation and hydraulic structures every year, and carry out dam safety management in strict accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
