The 2023 National Energy Conservation Publicity Week will be held from July 10 to July 16 with the theme of "Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction, Let's Go Together"; July 12 is the National Low-carbon Day with the theme of "actively responding to climate change and promoting green and low-carbon development". The National Energy Conservation Publicity Week was decided at 1990 the State Council Sixth Energy Conservation Office Meeting.
Every national energy conservation publicity week will have a specific publicity theme and slogan.
