Article 1 In order to encourage donations from all walks of life to Yunnan ethnic cultural undertakings, standardize donations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of donating units and individuals, and promote the development of ethnic cultural and artistic undertakings in our province, these measures are formulated in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Welfare Donation Law and the Articles of Association of Yunnan Ethnic Flower Art Troupe.

Article 2 The donations accepted by the Group are used for social welfare projects and public welfare performances, training, exchanges and competitions within the business scope of the Group, mainly for large-scale social welfare projects, training national cultural and artistic talents and necessary working funds, and no unit or individual may occupy or misappropriate them.

Article 3 The office where the group accepts social donations is the group office. When accepting donations, you must issue a social donation receipt from Yunnan Province to the donating units and individuals. Units that donate more than 50,000 yuan and individuals that donate more than 2,000 yuan will be awarded honorary certificates.

Article 4 According to the provisions of laws and administrative regulations, if the donations provided by domestic enterprises to the Group are less than 3% of the annual taxable income, they are allowed to be deducted in full before paying the enterprise income tax; Donations from foreign-invested enterprises to the group can be included in the current cost of the enterprise and exempted from enterprise income tax; Donations provided by individuals to the Group that do not exceed 30% of taxable income are allowed to be fully deducted before paying individual income tax.

Article 5 If a unit donates more than RMB 200,000 to this group, the person in charge may be appointed as the honorary chairman of this group. If the donation is more than 50,000 yuan, the person in charge may be employed as the vice chairman of the group; Donated more than 20 thousand yuan and awarded the title of honorary director to the person in charge. Individuals who donate more than RMB 654.38+10,000 to the Group may be employed as honorary chairman of the Group; If the donation is more than 20,000 yuan, the person in charge may be appointed as the vice chairman of the group; Donated more than 5000 yuan and was awarded the title of honorary director.

Article 6 Donating units or individuals may propose the use direction or beneficiaries of donated property, and may explicitly support projects and beneficiary units of public welfare undertakings such as national cultural performances, training, exchanges and competitions. Where cash and property are donated for public welfare projects, the donor may sign a donation agreement with the Group to make an agreement on the fund, construction, management and use of the project. After the donation project is completed, the donor can check and accept the use of funds and finance, and the results will be notified to the donor through the group, and can be announced to the public according to the requirements of the donor when necessary.

Article 7 When an overseas unit or individual donates property to a group, the group shall go through the entry formalities.

Article 8 Units or individuals who donate property to the Group have the right to inquire about the use and management of the donated property and put forward opinions and suggestions, and the Group will give an honest reply.

Article 9 The Group's acceptance of donations and use of donated property shall be subject to the supervision of audit institutions, and shall report to the Standing Council of the Group, the Council and the Council Congress on a regular basis, and shall be announced to the public at the end of each year.
