How to solve the black screen of notebook boot?
First of all, please confirm whether the power indicator light (LED light) of the computer lights up normally when removing external devices (such as USB device /SD card /HDMI/Type-C).

A. If the power indicator is not on:

1. It may be that the transformer can't supply power or the main components are abnormal and can't be started.

A please use the original transformer and power cord with correct specifications.

b.? Please confirm the transformer connector, as shown in the figure below, whether the power cord end/computer end is loose, or try to replace the socket;

C, please check whether the transformer wire is damaged, if so, please replace the transformer for testing.

2. Before the problem occurs, if the hard disk or memory has been expanded, please first remove the hard disk or memory and restore it to the factory default state.

If the boot screen is still blank, or it has been confirmed that the battery/power adapter is faulty, please take the machine to the notebook repair center for testing.

Second, if the power indicator light is on normally:

The power indicator light is on, indicating that the motherboard is too powerful, but it may not be turned on because of some equipment;

1, increase the screen brightness by shortcut keys, and switch the display on/off, so as to avoid that the screen brightness is too low or the computer screen is not displayed because the screen has been closed.

2. Press F2 to enter the BIOS interface to see if it is displayed normally.

(1) If the BIOS screen is not displayed, it may be a computer hardware problem. Please take the machine to the notebook service center for testing.

(2) If the BIOS interface displays normally, please try to retrieve the factory default settings in the BIOS interface and restart the computer;

If it doesn't work, it may be caused by system or driver software problems. After backing up the data, try to restore or reinstall the system.

3. The notebook is externally connected with a display, and press the key combination to switch the display;

(1) If the external monitor displays normally, please uninstall the graphics card driver and reinstall it;

And confirm whether any updates or other programs and software have been installed recently? If so, please uninstall the installed updates and recently installed programs and software through Control Panel-Programs and Features.

(2) If the external monitor is not displayed, or you don't have relevant monitor equipment for testing, it is recommended that you take the machine to the notebook repair center for testing and confirmation.

4. Please confirm whether memory or other hardware is installed? If yes, please take out and remove the added memory/other hardware before power-on confirmation.

5. Please remove all external devices, including USB/ memory card/network cable /HDMI, etc.

6. Remove the transformer and press the power button for 40 seconds.

If the problem cannot be solved by the above methods, please take the machine to the nearest notebook service center and have it tested by an engineer.
