The Party Working Committee of Rainbow Street consists of 5 community party committees, 2 community party general branches, 26 community party branches, 1 non-public enterprise party committees and 14 non-public enterprise party branches, with 858 people in party member. With the pioneer project activities in party member as the carrier, the Party building activities with characteristics such as "pairing pioneers" and "party member pioneers building groups" were carried out in depth, and the management of posts and responsibilities in non-community party member was realized. The United front and the Federation of Industry and Commerce were further strengthened, and the Rainbow Street Federation of Industry and Commerce branch was established in the whole region.

The street comprehensive service hall consists of three working departments: the Party and government comprehensive office, the street community administrative service center and the socialized service guidance center. The street community administrative service center has five service windows: civil affairs office, labor security office, economic and social development office, urban construction environmental protection office and social stability office, which undertake the administrative functions of the district and street moving down or extending, forming an efficient and convenient service network to facilitate the masses and enterprises.

Rainbow Labor and Social Security Institute and Civil Affairs Office * * * set up an interactive platform for labor and civil affairs, seven community labor and social security stations have centralized offices, and Rainbow Street Employment Service Center has been set up to organize a number of skills training for laid-off workers, creating conditions for laid-off workers to re-employment, providing convenient services for units and residents under their jurisdiction, and providing help and solutions for vulnerable groups.
