Puyang Vocational and Technical College is located in Puyang City, Henan Province, a national historical and cultural city. In 2009, the dean was Zhang Shuangtian. The school's predecessor was 1950 Puyang Normal School, Puyang Industrial School, Puyang Radio and TV University and Puyang Education College in the early 1980s. In April of 20001year, with the approval of the people's government of Henan Province and the record of the Ministry of Education, four colleges and universities merged to form Puyang Vocational and Technical College.
