Not being affected by external things is called tranquility, and not being filled by external things is called emptiness. This actually talks about a person's mentality.

"Don't be afraid of the world of mortals covering your eyes, and the moon will pass through the swamp water without leaving a trace." Remain calm and indifferent in the face of fame and fortune, be content and happy, never forget yourself in the face of flowers and applause, be sarcastic and not decadent, and encounter ups and downs. Frustrated but not depressed. All external things are impermanent, like a dream, a fleeting cloud, why should they affect your mood?

? There is a saying in Wang Anshi's "Climbing Feilai Peak": "On the Qianxun Pagoda on Feilai Peak, I hear the rooster crow and see the sun rise. I am not afraid of the floating clouds covering my eyes, because I am at the highest level. "Don't be led by the turmoil of the world, "You are an ordinary person who can change his mind as he pleases, and you are a sage who can change his environment as he pleases."

As an ordinary person, living in the secular world cannot be separated from cars, houses, and money; it is indispensable to have the right people. Concerns about fame and wealth are indispensable, and love between children is indispensable. It is unrealistic to see through the world of mortals, but one cannot lose one's character in it. Zhu Yuanzhang has a famous saying: "I am a Huaishi commoner, how can the world compare to me?" We must understand what we really need and what our ideals are. Only in this way can we not be lost by external objects.

? Fan Zhongyan wrote in "Yueyang Tower": "Don't be happy with things, don't be sad with yourself." Although we live in the mortal world, our hearts are not in the mortal world, and we must not be shocked by honor or disgrace. Only by being addicted to external objects can you realize that "you can be at the top of the mountain and see all the mountains and small mountains at a glance."

Born in the world of mortals, the endless prosperity is intoxicating.

If the heart is calm, all the honor and disgrace of the world will be in vain.

Sons and daughters love each other for a long time, and fathers and sons love each other deeply.

They are not afraid of the mortal world to cover their eyes.

? When you are born in the world of mortals, you will meet many people and encounter many things, whether they are good things or bad things, whether they are good people or bad people. When you learn to accept and get used to it, you will never feel sad again. My heart aches. The long road of life is waiting for us to experience, find and understand.
