Gossip is the "two tongues" in Buddhism and an important commandment in the Five Commandments.

Five precepts-no killing, no stealing, no doing evil, no lying, no drinking.

The above is not nonsense, including four situations: no lying, no tongue, no swearing, no bad mouth.
