Onogi is a character in Naruto. He is a disciple of the third generation, the first generation and the second generation of Tuying, a native of Yin Yan Village. He is quite strong, enjoys the title of "Onogi with two scales", and is proficient in soil-escaping ninja. He can use blood above the limit to eliminate "dust-escaping". He is also one of the few flying ninjas in the five countries.

In the animation, Onogi used many ninja skills, including:

-Earth Dun: Build a wall with earth.

Tutton Tusper: Attack the enemy with a spear made of clay.

-Tu Dun Tu Long Bullet: Make a huge clay ball out of clay and then throw it out to attack the enemy.

-Dust Escape: A very powerful bloodletting technique, which can separate the body and soul of the target.
