I am xxx. The theme of my speech today is to stick to our original aspirations and strive for our glorious mission.

Original intention is a word that everyone is familiar with, and represents the most precious spirit and power of this era.

When I was a teenager, I determined to become a glorious judge. In a solemn court, I would use the law as a sharp tool to settle disputes for the people, distinguish between good and evil, and maintain social fairness and justice. In the year of graduation, I was fortunate enough to be admitted to the People's Court. I felt happy and excited, and at the same time I felt a heavy responsibility. After years of studying hard in the cold window and countless days and nights buried in my desk, I finally brought me into the sacred temple that I had always longed for. The shining emblem reflects my original intention. I always keep in mind that I will hold the code in hand, fulfill the sacred rights granted to me by the Constitution, overcome obstacles, and strive to safeguard fairness and justice.

As the saying goes, a nine-story tower starts from tired soil; a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I know that to become a qualified judge, you need to go through a long and rigorous test, which not only depends on your personal legal level, but also on your comprehensive business capabilities. I started from a (xx position) and dealt with a lot of complicated work day after day. I thought that as long as I endured enough hardships and worked hard enough, I could realize my dream of being a judge step by step.

However, the number of judges is limited, the difficulty of the assessment is increasing year by year, and the competition is so fierce. My dream of being a judge seems to be out of reach. Inevitably, I became confused and gradually forgot my original intention to dedicate myself to social fairness and justice, and my mission to use legal weapons to serve the people.

It is such a joy to be able to devote myself to the country’s judicial cause before retiring. Dedicating everything to justice and serving the people to the end is his original intention and his dream.

At that moment, I suddenly realized that the so-called dream of being a judge with a bright future should not be a brilliant personal achievement, but should be the inner strength to shine for our judicial cause, to have no regrets, and to forge ahead; It is the determination and will that leads each of our judicial officers to implement the justice and impartiality of the Constitution to the end; it is the great mission that prompts us to become the mainstay with our humble body in the ever-changing trend of the times.

As a legal practitioner, I will forge ahead in the future, never forgetting my original intention to fight for fairness and justice, never forgetting my mission to serve the people with legal weapons, and keeping my heart burning and glorious. The dream of being a judge guides me to struggle and grow.

I will calm down, perform my duties in a down-to-earth manner, and be a conscientious and responsible judge assistant. I hope that one day I can become a responsible, steady and fair judge!
