Great wisdom said, "Among the remaining crimes, killing is the most serious karma, and among all the merits, release is the first. 」

The Sanskrit scripture says, "If the Buddha dies mercifully, he will be liberated. All men are my fathers, all women are my mothers, and I live by them. Therefore, all six sentient beings are my parents, and those who kill food kill my parents and my body. All the earth and water are my body, and all the fire and wind are my body. So I often practice the release method, the living method, the longevity method and the teaching method. If you see that the world is killing animals, you should facilitate rescue and alleviate their suffering. 」

The master said: "not killing is the first of all commandments, and liberation is the first of all goodness." . 」

Master Miao Shan (Jinshan Living Buddha) said: "The best way to get rid of karma is to get rid of it. The greatest evil in the world is killing people. Conversely, the greatest good in the world is to stop killing and release, so releasing is the greatest merit. If you follow my advice, you can buy creatures and release them as quickly as possible. You can increase your happiness and prolong your life. 」

The old lay man in Li Bingnan said, "The release is to save his life and alleviate his pain. Buddhist precepts do not kill first, and heaven has the virtue of good life. You can imagine the great merits and benefits. 」

"merit citation, in addition to cutting meat, must be released at the same time. There is a saying in Buddhism that saving a life is better than building a seven-level pagoda. The Seven Pagoda is a seven-story pagoda in the temple. It seems that you know how great the merits of saving all beings are. 」

"All sentient beings are both parents in the past and buddhas in the future. You let them live, and you are a bodhisattva. 」

"The most precious thing for every living being is his own life. If he is killed, he is the most resentful and resentful, so killing is the heaviest. The most precious thing for every living being is his own life, which saved him. He is the most grateful and has the deepest accumulation of blessings, so he said that release comes first. 」

"Putting down is an emergency, which is different from other merits. Putting it down is to save people who are dying and those who suffer from the consequences. As long as we let go, all beings will be free from death and regain their vitality. If you don't let go, all beings will only die if they are slaughtered. Letting go is an emergency and life-saving move, so the merits are great and can't be compared with other small acts of kindness! 」

"The most important thing to get rid of is to convert to Buddhism." Convert to Buddhism and not fall into hell. Convert to the law and don't fall into hunger. Convert to a monk, not an animal. After the conversion ceremony, the material life was blessed by Buddhism, Taoism and Buddhism, and the animality was rewarded. He no longer fell into the three evils and was reincarnated. In his material life, he heard the holy name of "Amitabha in the South". The six-character Hongming is full of fame and fortune. Once you plant Taoist seeds, you will be able to practice Buddhism and die in the western paradise, breaking the cycle of life and death forever. This is the great release in the release, and it is also the most important significance in the release. 」

"Releasing is the easiest way to eliminate karma, because releasing is not limited by time, place, number of people or money. It is precisely because it is simple and easy for everyone to do, and it is too easy to eliminate karma, so our enemies and creditors will try their best to prevent us from releasing karma, so the release has been blocked the most and caused the most criticism; This is because all beings have deep karma. Because of the deep karma, many creatures have no good fortune. If a good man is saved, he is saved from death. Because of the deep karma, I don't bless people to redeem their lives and pay their debts. 」

(10) If you live in heaven, you can enjoy infinite blessings. If you cultivate pure land, you can go straight to the western paradise.
