However, in the process of continuous teaching practice, we have discovered that it is not enough to just do these. Especially after we visited the entire production process of the Guangdong Color Printing Factory, we inspected each of their workshops and learned about the entire printing process. From the customer's order sample film to the inspection and delivery to the customer, it has to go through more than 20 processes, and each process is imbued with cultural heritage. Some manuscripts from clients may have errors themselves. If you don’t have a solid cultural foundation, you won’t be able to tell them apart. Text errors are most likely to occur, such as extravagant (shifting), irritating (impetuous), both (i.e.), etc. If there is an error in the printing process, even a small error, then it will be completely invalid; in addition, the pre-press graphic design, graphic processing, packaging design, and advertising copy must comply with laws and regulations. Pay attention to national style, living habits and other cultures; business activities rely on the cultural heritage of personal design to create value. Therefore, Chinese and English are the key to printing quality inspection.
The author believes that on the eve of the holiday, letting our teachers understand the printing production process is a way for our teachers to grasp the future employment of the students they teach. It is not only a behavioral orientation for our teaching work, but also a behavioral orientation for the educational management work of our class teacher.

Looking back on our experience in leading classes, it is really full of ups and downs. We visited the printing process and tasted the enthusiasm of the workers. Our basic course teachers are not experts in technical work, but we admire the quality of the workers very much. When we visited the entire factory, we found that there was not a single cigarette butt on the ground, and none of the workers were wearing slippers. All of them were enthusiastic about work, energetic and agile. In this regard, although some classes in our school are civilized classes, there are still a few students who wear slippers to class, secretly smoke after class when the teacher is not around, and even surf the Internet all night? How can all of this meet the requirements of a factory?
Through visiting and studying, we, as teachers, have gained a lot of insights. Thousands of words can be summed up into one sentence: teaching work and class teacher work should be employment-oriented. The following are some ideas and suggestions for our teaching:

Technical schools serve to improve the quality of workers, especially vocational skills. The orientation of technical schools is to be oriented to society and based on application, rather than oriented to universities and based on exams. Of course, we do not rule out supplying talents to universities, especially higher vocational colleges. The purpose is also to serve the society and make better applications. Even if you want to be a worker, you must have a considerable level of skills. No wonder some people say that training a highly skilled knowledge worker is more difficult than training a college student.
