Of course, judging from these three schools and the PPT styles produced by most people at present, the third school is the mainstream today, but it is not a day's work to make excellent PPT. I believe that everyone will understand the true meaning of these three sentences in the process of experience. Second, the principle of principle 1: Text-the natural enemy of PPT Of course, this statement is not aimed at all PPT. For PPT with simple content, it is easy to drive away this natural enemy; But for complex PPT, the role of words is quite important. How to make the words you want to express more vivid without losing the original intention can refer to the following points. (1) I am the protagonist. I have already mentioned the concept that I am the protagonist, and I still emphasize that I am the protagonist here, because most of the PPT we do will still involve more content. In this case, many details and words should be expressed by themselves, and short content and content that is difficult to express and remember can be presented by pictures; (2) Try a piece of content, so that the audience can clearly see every topic you are talking about when switching, which is more impressive; The third is eye-catching. This requires everyone to accumulate more experience at ordinary times. How can we attract attention? You can present the content with the help of characteristic pictures, and you can also use the animation effect of words, the collocation of colors, the layout of pictures and so on. Of course, different people can make different styles of PPT, and they can find the highlights contained in their own PPT by groping. As long as they pay more attention to accumulation at ordinary times, I believe there will be great gains. Principle 2: strict logic and clear thinking. A complete PPT includes the following parts: the opening animation (optional), the cover, the table of contents, the switching page (switching the table of contents between two contents will not make the audience feel too sudden, but also facilitate the connection between the two parts), the body page and the ending page.
