Step 4: punch holes in the tin can (lampshade)
Make the lampshade at the bottom of two holes. The spacing between holes is about 3cm and kept in a straight line.
Step 5: Drill two plates with holes 15cm.
Drill holes in the plate with the spacing as shown in the figure. This is important because they need side holes in the lampshade.
Step 6: Install tin cans at the top.
The end of the bolt passes through the small hole of the lampshade, and then the lampshade is fixed on the spiral lamp arm.
Step 7: Fix the lampshade.
The height and lighting direction can be adjusted up and down through the screw fixation of the interface. This simple and quality desk lamp is formed because of its simple structural design.
Step 8: Install the bulb socket
Connect your bulb socket and both ends of the wire, and the wire passes through the two holes at the bottom of the lampshade and combines them to make the bulb socket.
Step 9: Connect the bulb socket wire.
Separate the two ends of the lamp wire sheath (you can use a utility knife and a piece of waste wood), connect the lamp wire from the winding place to the bulb socket, and wind the wire on the exposed copper cap.
Step 10: manufacturing the embedded switch.
Find the switch you want in the light line (separate, don't cut! ), two screws of in-line switch, and separate them. Tighten the series switch of the separation line. Cut other wire stripping pliers with both ends.
Step 1 1: Install the electric plug.
Take the electric plug and wire, screw the two ends of the wire (plug and lamp wire) together and connect their lamp wires clockwise, and fix the wire after connecting the copper cap.
Step 12: Install the light bulb
Plug in the bulb of your choice as long as it matches the bulb socket.
Step 13: You're done!
Plug in the plug and flip the switch. You can adjust the lights to all configurations to relax, adjust the lights and tighten them all.
