Reflecting on the present situation of our school, although there is culture, it is fragmented and unsystematic, and the teachers lack the same values. It is difficult for many teachers who advocate and make decisions in the school to agree in time, and the learning atmosphere is not enough. I think this is all because we have not grasped the key point of cultural construction.
Schools are places to cultivate culture. Nowadays, we have books in mountains and seas, large classes in classrooms and small stoves in offices, all of which are just missing cultures. It is really sad that some of our evaluation systems induce teachers to engage in Shan Hai Jing and work overtime. I think, for our school, we must carefully create a good school culture in the future, and guide all the affairs of the school with a healthy and uplifting school culture as the direction and essence of school development. Although cultural construction cannot be achieved overnight, it needs to be accumulated and generated slowly, but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. We should strengthen the construction of mass cultural groups in our school from now on.
2. Scientifically refine the routine management system of education and teaching, and improve the teaching quality with scientific and strict management as the guarantee.
Compared with the schools visited, our current daily education and teaching management system is not perfect enough, and some specific operational requirements are not detailed enough. In the future, we should fully carry forward democracy, and re-examine various systems and requirements such as curriculum structure optimization and class hour distribution system on the basis of combining the specific conditions of our school.
Introduce the incentive mechanism, optimize the teaching staff, and advocate the school-running concept of "quality for survival, development for efficiency, unity of people's hearts and democratic system management". Small class teaching in Zhang Qiao Road Primary School left a deep impression on me. In such an environment, teachers have enough time to carry out teaching and research activities. Therefore, our school can also take the lead in trying small class teaching mode and truly realize the rational allocation of resources.
3. Strengthen teaching and scientific research, set up topics according to the school situation, and set up special research groups.
As far as the school we visited is concerned, it is not a famous school in Shanghai, but its discipline research is quite distinctive. Listening to the dean's endless talk about his school's research and watching their well-trained teachers, I can't help but be shocked! At present, our school is still blank in subject research, and there is no way to start teaching and research. Large class size, unbalanced teaching staff and various activities make it impossible for teachers to conduct research.
In my opinion, schools should give teachers a relaxed environment, then determine the big topics, and then study the small topics related to them in groups or sections. All staff work together, implement the work to everyone, sum up the deployment, and carry out teaching and research activities in stages.
4. Vigorously promote the information construction of schools.
I have listened to two classes in Zhang Qiao Road Primary School, and their advanced teaching equipment makes teaching handy. In the second half of XX, with the support of higher education authorities, our school built computer classrooms and multimedia classrooms, which provided infrastructure for improving teachers' use of modern teaching methods. However, because there are few computers with internet access, it is difficult for teachers to find the teaching resources they need. Originally, the use of multimedia can make students understand the content of the text well, but due to limited conditions, they have to give up.

On my first business trip, I have a lot to say, but I don't know where to start. Here, I would like to briefly talk about my feelings on business trip and some things I wanted to say but didn't have a chance to say after I came to the company.
First, the harvest of business trip
I am both excited and uneasy about going to Xixia on business this time. For me, everything is a new attempt, and I must start all over again! For the first time, consider how to arrange equipment, how to connect equipment pipelines, try to install equipment independently, communicate with the owner and project supervisor for the first time, and consider how to save costs for the company for the first time. . In the past two months, I have suffered a lot, been scolded a lot, met many people, gained a lot of knowledge and learned a lot! The experience of these two months made me gradually get started from a novice who knows nothing about engineering, and also made me deeply realize that I still have a lot to learn and a long way to go, so please give me more opportunities for such experience!
Second, business trip experience
1. If you want to do a good job in a project, you must have a correct working attitude. Take Wuliqiao project as an example. Although the host is a little picky, Lu Gong has no prejudice against Lu Gong himself. Although he has a bad temper, his character and skills are very worthy of respect and learning. Their working attitude is also one of the important reasons for the repeated delay in the construction period! From the beginning, they were lucky that "this project will not be implemented at all". They muddled along and the drawings required 50 water inlet pipes. They had to use 40 pipes and a 9-meter-high nitrification tank to make it 7.5 meters, and the stairs were made 50 centimeters wide, which led to repeated rework, which not only increased the cost by hundreds of thousands, but also delayed the construction period for two months in vain! 2, the problems raised by the owner in the project construction, must hold a responsible attitude to communicate and resolve differences. This time at Wuliqiao site, Duke Lu ignored the questions raised by the owner and did everything according to his own wishes. As a result, the fan room was redone once, the stairs were redone twice and the water inlet pipe was changed four times! Therefore, we should learn this lesson in future project construction and communicate with the owners well. Be brave in taking responsibility and actively correct the problems pointed out by the owners! Of course, when communicating with the owners, we should also be modest, and we should not tolerate and compromise endlessly for the responsibilities we should not bear. PS: It is suggested that every project should be designed with construction drawings, which will save a lot of trouble.
3. Before bidding, the project tender must be done carefully! It can be said that the chief culprit in this dispute between us and the owner is Liu Wei's bidding documents of their company! Their tender can be said to be fabricated at will, which has caused great trouble to our construction. Even the manufacturer written in the tender doesn't produce that kind of accessories at all! Therefore, our company must learn a lesson and make a good bid before bidding, which will save a lot of trouble when doing the project.
4. Before installing the equipment, long-term planning should be carried out. On this business trip, I met several situations unrelated to accessories on the construction site. Chen Wei and Zhong Hua also reported that they often encounter this situation. This situation can be avoided if the accessories used in the project are counted in advance and sent to the construction site before use. This not only saves costs, but also shortens the construction period.
Three. Suggestions on the internal management of the company
1. Only when more chickens are hatched can more eggs be born. Should the eggs laid by chickens be sold or used to hatch chickens? I think people with a little economic mind will choose long-term investment, incubating chickens with eggs first, and then giving birth to more eggs before selling them. I think doing business should be the same. We should dare to invest for a long time, bring out more mature new employees with old employees and make the enterprise bigger and bigger. Next year, our company will be transformed into a large-scale project, and the three of us will also go back to Tanghe to form an engineering department. It is impossible to put all the burdens on Zhu Xiao alone, so the company should train several independent generals like Zhu Xiao as soon as possible.
2. Raise "chickens" and give birth to "eggs". There is no doubt that excellent employees are the most precious wealth of an enterprise. Only by retaining them can the enterprise develop better. Employees who have worked in the company for one year or more are familiar with the company's corporate culture and have a good impression on the company. Generally, they are reluctant to leave the company, and employees generally pursue only three points: A. Comfortable working environment. B, the development space is large. C, the salary is higher. For our company, I think we have both the first two points, and I also understand the reasons why Shaolin left. Almost all of them chose to leave because of the third point. Starting to take on big projects next year, the company's benefits will gradually improve. I hope our treatment can be improved accordingly. After all, you can raise chickens and lay eggs!
3, don't take the length of service as the only indicator to measure wages, and incorporate work ability and work attitude into wage assessment indicators. If diligent employees are given the same salary as lazy employees for a long time, diligent employees will gradually become lazy, which will form a vicious circle. On the other hand, if you treat the two differently, clearly tell employees, "If you want a raise, let me see your ability and your contribution. The more you create for the company, the more you get! " This is not only fairer to hardworking employees, but also urges lazy employees to make continuous progress.
