Is there any way to exercise your spirit strongly?
The best way is to cheer yourself up. I basically write something like "I will do it", "I will do better" and "Come on" in the last sentence of my diary every day, make a summary every day and make arrangements for the next day. In this way, I have endless things to do and I don't have time to think so much. Believe me, as long as I keep working hard, you will find that my spirit will be enhanced gradually.
