This is the Sixth Patriarch Huineng
"The Sixth Patriarch's Dharma Treasure Altar Sutra" says:
I leave here a verse to say goodbye to you, named " The True Buddha's Stanza of Self-Nature". Future generations will understand the meaning of this stanza, realize their own original mind, and achieve Buddhahood on their own. The verse says:
“The true self-nature is the true Buddha, and the three poisons of wrong views are the king of demons.
When you are deluded, the demons are in the house, and when you have the right views, the Buddha is in the hall.
p>
When the three poisons of wrong views arise in the nature, the devil comes to live in the house.
The right view eliminates the three poisons and the devil becomes a true Buddha.
The three bodies of Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya and incarnation are originally one body.
If you can see it in the nature, it is the cause of Buddhahood and Bodhi.
Pure nature arises from incarnation. Always in the incarnation,
Nature makes the incarnation walk on the right path, and it will be perfect and infinite.
The sexual nature is the cause of the pure nature. Eliminating the sexual nature is the pure nature body.
Everyone is free from the five desires in their nature, and the moment they see their nature is true.
If in this life you encounter a sudden enlightenment of your nature and see the World Honored One,
If you want to practice and seek to become a Buddha. , I don’t know where to seek the truth.
If you can see the truth in your heart, the truth is the cause of becoming a Buddha.
If you don’t look for the Buddha outside your own nature, you will always be a fool. .
The method of teaching is now here to stay. To save the world, you must practice it yourself.
If you come to learn the Tao, it will be a big mistake if you don’t do this. ”
Retelling the verse:
Wuwu does not practice good, Tengteng does not do evil,
It is silent and cut off from seeing and hearing, and the mind is wandering without attachment. ’
The master finished speaking the verse and sat upright until the third watch. Suddenly he called to his disciples and said: ‘I’m done! ’ On the verge of change, the house is filled with strange fragrance, the white rainbow belongs to the earth, the trees change, and the animals moan.
This is the verse of the Sixth Patriarch before his death. If it is said in a TV series, it may not be that profound. Generally, the enlightenment verses of the Sixth Patriarch are quoted.
Bodhi has no tree. Even a bright mirror is not a platform
There is nothing in the first place, how can it cause dust
