Five are round, how many directions! It's too late to know what you don't know. Who knows the argument without words and the way without words? If you can know, this is called abundance. Pay attention to what is unsatisfactory, consider what is inexhaustible, and don't know its source. This is called Bao Guang.

If a person wants to grow up, he must first admit his ignorance.

None of us can live comfortably in our ignorance. When we don't know, we will panic and try our best to find out all kinds of information to prove our point of view is right. After practicing Zhuangzi, can we just live in a state I don't know, and don't look for any argument, because it is very strange to argue this matter, and our eyes can only see what we want to believe. Argumentation is a very subjective matter.

Zhuangzi said, can we live in ignorance? We always say things with certainty that I don't know at all. Usually, the labels I put on others are made out of nothing, because we can't live in ignorance, and people's brains try their best to fill that ignorance, so they make up seemingly perfect reasons and then convince themselves in their hearts to fill that blank ignorance.

The brain has a deception program, and later the reason for deception will be taken as a fact by you. The method given by Zhuangzi is that if you don't know, you don't know, and don't fill in the unknown, because the blank part is where God comes in, and God's revelation comes in through the blank.

When we can't live in ignorance, we will be occupied by whimsy. But empty it, and there will be many things like avatars.

For new knowledge, we can constantly absorb it without being filled. For more different opinions, we can digest, absorb and transform it, and our life will expand more and more.

When we want to spend some energy and effort to complete a thing, we can always go to this source of energy to extract it, and this source will not be exhausted. In your heart, you should form such a source, which is constantly expanding and integrating to provide a steady supply for our lives. But you don't know where this energy comes from. This is called Bao Guang.

Baoguang is only energy-saving, energy-saving, energy-saving, just like a huge battery. The first important thing in our life is to find out what my happy life is like. It has nothing to do with my happy life, and I don't want to waste every bit of my heart.

I am open to different views, and I can turn them into renewable energy. Everything that happens in this world, everyone can be the source of your life energy. Inclusion, absorption and transformation, and then use this energy to create the happiness I want.

Always remind yourself to be tolerant, absorb, transform and create. To practice this state, you should be full of awareness in relaxation.

Harmony with light, light but not bright. It is warm light, but not dazzling, full of vitality, but not too much.
