With the theme of "All People Participate, Happy Ice and Snow", the 2nd Baoding Ice and Snow Games was held in Qishan Ski Resort, Laiyuan County. Campus ice and snow, passionate ice and snow, national ice and snow, dream ice and snow, competitive ice and snow, Laiyuan Qishan Ski Resort and National Platform Skiing Training and Research Base held wonderful ice and snow sports performances. Participants are all skiers in Baoding, and the youngest is only 5 years old.

The Games was hosted by Baoding Municipal People's Government, and hosted by Baoding Sports Bureau, Baoding Education Bureau, Baoding Radio and Television Station and Laiyuan County People's Government, with sports events 15 and sports events 164.

Some competitions such as land curling, roller skating, pulley, speed skating and ice hockey have started ahead of schedule, and the second ice and snow competition in the city was held at the same time. It is understood that the number of people participating in ice and snow sports in Baoding this year has reached 310.6 million.
